Attività principali
Volunteers will be working closely with IVS coordinator, team leaders and other camp volunteers by providing assistance to ensure the quality of workcamp and project objectives are being reached. A committed volunteer with IT & web development, photography and video making skills will be highly desired.
Few tasks assigned for this role are:
• Assist in general administrative work related to incoming volunteers.
• Help administer and coordinate weekly plan during workcamp.
• Assist camp leaders during workcamp organisation and daily evaluation with volunteers.
• Assist in promoting our IVS projects to recruit more volunteers (Website development & promotion, social media promotion etc).
• Assist in promoting workcamp projects to recruit Indian volunteers.
• Visiting camp and project sites during camps for guidance.

Food is provided. Local, fresh meals are made and served. The volunteers are expected to contribute in kitchen. A private or shared bedroom and shared bath are provided in one of the residential houses, our volunteer house or at the farm.

Ruchi campus which is located near Bandh village. It is 30 km from Kalka town and 60 km from Chandigarh city. The area offers a unique opportunity to live with nature in a peaceful environment.
During leisure time, discover vibrant rural life, visit nearby places of attraction like old Sikh and Hindu temples, Kasauli hill station. A visit to Shimla, the state capital, will offer an opportunity to see high Himalayan Mountains and British architecture.
Requisiti
Ability to manage and lead volunteering activities, conflict resolutions and keeping multicultural background international volunteers together
