Organizzatore
This workcamp is organized in cooperation with S.S. Adatepe Kadın Girişimi Üretim ve İşletme Kooperatifi, a women-led social cooperative founded in 2024 in Fındık Village, Göksun district of Kahramanmaraş.
The cooperative was established by local women who aim to preserve regional food traditions while creating economic opportunities within the village. By producing and selling traditional products such as tomato paste, dried fruits, pestil, bread, and other local specialties, they generate income that is reinvested into improving village life.
Despite many challenges, this dedicated group of women continues working to beautify and strengthen their village. The products they prepare are sold at New Year markets and through online platforms, and the income supports local development efforts.
Through this camp, volunteers will directly support this inspiring grassroots initiative and become part of a meaningful rural solidarity experience.
