Shared rooms in accommodation owned by the organization. It is different place with activity place. Men and women separated room. Cooking by yourself. Staffs also stay at the facility. No wifi in accommodation(but there is wifi in activity place).

Volunteers need to have some Japanese speaking skill (manage to have basic daily conversation), respect to the local culture and way of the local organization, positive attitude to communicate with children, being Interested alternative school, children's social patriation and child poverty, high motivation to work hard, open mind, cooperation with others.

: Eschenau is a place for children from homeless families with different problems or families with financial problems). We will do workshops and games with and for the children. We will show the children different cultures with international games, food, etc. We will work five days a week but we will also make excursions with the children. We will as well do some work on the farm (e.g., working with the animals of the farm, cleaning) and the surroundings. We might do some renovation work in the house and some gardening if needed.

Accommodation: We will be hosted in the “Kinderbauernhof (children’s farm www.kinderbauernhof.or.at)” where the children also stay. As the children are staying in the same house, please notice that there are special rules for “living together” during the camp! Things to bring with you: We have beds for everybody; we don’t sleep on the floor!!! It is NOT necessary to bring your sleeping bag!
Food: We will cook for ourselves and sometimes for the kids as well. (Please inform us whether you require a special diet). Your accommodation and food are covered – however, we recommend you to bring some pocket money: the currency used in Austria is Euros. Furthermore, we invite you to bring typical food, spices; drinks (PLEASE do NOT bring Alcohol!!! Alcohol is not allowed in the house).

Grenzenlos is an Austrian NGO based in Vienna. It is independent of religions and political bodies. Grenzenlos is a non-profit association. Its main purpose is to promote world peace and respect between people through intercultural non-formal education programmes abroad which combine cultural integration with engagement at non-profit initiatives worldwide.
The German word „Grenzenlos” means „no boundaries” and also „no limits”. Target Group for these camps:- Helping Children from the street( mostly refugees) between 3-12 years old, of India to get basic education,vocational and hygienic training etc. Daily hundreds of children receives support at our different centres around the state of West Bengal. . Project Back ground :- India having uncountable numbers of street and slum dwellers . There are thousands of poor refugees coming every year from nearby countries and from different small towns and villages to the big cities and most of these families are living in a very poorly condition at slums and street corners . These families bring their children to help them in begging ,household work ,rag picking activities, even some girls been forcibly thrown to the dark life of prostitution. So it is really a shame of the so called civilised societies where we belong . We have got our ongoing projects for these unfortunate street children at the different locations of big cities. Now there are opportunities available for international youth volunteers as well to help and support these unfortunate girls and mothers of the street children in and around. Work and Activities :- Most important target of the project is to bring smile among these children and provide confidence and moral support to them .Volunteer would use different way of informal education technique to present a unique and attractive way of informal education programs for these kids .Most of these kids speaks local Bengali /Hindi language but they are very smart and intelligent, so teaching them with the support of local coordinator would not be so difficult ,just little bit of patience and involvement can solve this problem easily. All volunteers would go through orientation after arrival and local language classes also would be there during camp days. There would also be a workshop every evening when volunteers would prepare the next day lesson plan of action . Volunteers would also help local coordinator in other activities like giving shower food distribution, organising drama,story telling and entertainment games for the children.whole camp would be run under the supervision ofexperienced local project coordinator. SMILE society always tries to give international volunteers a big scope to know about the local communities and understand the family environment. This project is actively working for SDG2 (Zero Hunger) and SDGS11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), organized together with Mogami no Shoen (MS) since 2021. Accepting farmers deepen their understanding of agriculture and rural areas through "farming experience" and accept volunteers to overcome the challenges of a declining population due to a falling birthrate and an ageing population. The aim is also to create various connections and exchanges between urban and rural areas through the experience of rural life and the dissemination of information from farming and mountain village areas. The representative of MS has been farming in a snowy spring village for 40 years. He has been living on a variety of crops, "rice", "vegetables", "wild vegetables", "kikurage mushrooms" and forests, with a focus on "cage free eggs". He is working energetically to do something about the depopulation of the area, and is planned 10 projects for five to seven days in 2022. The volunteers are expected to revitalize the area.

Their mission is to support 'Children's participation in society' and create a happy future for children. A characteristic of the learning at Terakoya Hojosya is that it attends to children's interests. The aim to create a happy future with children, each and every one of whom is important. Il campo di Swimtrekking-Sant’Antioco prevede l’attività del nuoto esplorativo lungo le meravigliose coste di una tra le isole più grandi d’Italia. I campi Swimtrekking si pongono l’obiettivo di proporre un’attività in mare che, attraverso l’escursionismo e l’esplorazione, consenta ai partecipanti di maturare un’esperienza autentica in cui confrontarsi sulle tematiche della tutela e della salvaguardia dell’ambiente marino, anche e soprattutto attraverso la conoscenza della flora e della fauna. Gli esploratori a nuoto saranno impegnati nel monitoraggio delle zone costiere e dei fondali marini. I responsabili dell’associazione, nelle vesti di istruttori e guide qualificate, trasmetteranno le indagini effettuate sul campo ai siti web di riferimento e agli enti addetti a tale supervisione. Ad esempio, i partecipanti alimenteranno il famoso sistema di monitoraggio Meteomeduse, in cui si riporteranno le osservazioni sulla presenza, l’abbondanza, e l’identità specifica delle meduse rilevate durante le escursioni in mare. Le indicazioni contribuiscono tuttora ad arricchire un database utile per lo sviluppo di un modello statistico per la previsione della proliferazione di meduse nei mari italiani. Altro lavoro importante dei partecipanti sarà quello di recuperare in acqua, durante l’attività natatoria, materiali di rifiuto trasportabili ed effettuare la pulizia delle spiagge con relativa catalogazione (marine e beach litter), nei punti di sosta previsti durante l’attività.

I volontari rimuoveranno i rifiuti dai fondali e da tratti di costa e li trasporteranno a riva. Al termine delle attività in acqua si progetteranno e realizzeranno delle opere artistiche, utilizzando solo i materiali recuperati dal mare e dalle coste. Ispirandosi al progetto Waste-land dell’artista brasiliano Vik Muniz, i rifiuti saranno assemblati per riprodurre una o più foto fatte dai volontari che rappresentino il campo. La riproduzione sarà poi fotografata dall’alto. Le opere verranno poi distrutte e smaltite e, ove possibile, differenziate. I volontari si occuperanno inoltre dell’attività di Marine and beach litter indagando sulla quantità e tipologia di rifiuti raccolti sulle spiagge raggiunte durante il campo al fine di contribuire alla Direttiva europea sulla Marine Strategy. Tutte le attività del campo, il lavoro in mare e il lavoro artistico saranno documentate con una macchina fotografica compatta scafandrata messa a disposizione dall’organizzazione insieme a un computer. A fine campo sarà realizzato un video con tutti i contenuti delle attività svolte e consegnato ai partecipanti (se muniti di penna USB). Attività formative
I volontari, adeguatamente formati per l’osservazione delle meduse, avranno il compito di censire, catalogare e studiare i comportamenti delle meduse incontrate durante le attività di esplorazione in mare lungo le coste. I volontari seguiranno inoltre le direttive tema del progetto marine and beach litter per la conservazione dell'ambiente naturalistico.

Gli appartamenti Cala di Seta si trovano a due passi dal mare e offrono tutto ciò di cui si necessita. I vo-lontari dormiranno in appartamenti da 2 o 3 camere doppie. Ogni appartamento ha un bagno,una doccia e una cucina.
Per quanto riguarda i pasti, la prima colazione sarà organizzata negli appartamenti. Per il pranzo sarà preparato un pasto al sacco che verrà riposto nei barkini. Per la cena, sono previste due cene in ristoranti della zona e le rimanenti cene saranno organizzate e preparate nelle cucine degli appartamenti.
Requisiti e materiali
L’attività dello Swimtrekking si basa sul nuoto. Sarà quindi fondamentale che tutti i volontari sappiano nuotare i due stili principali: lo stile libero e lo stile dorso. Specifichiamo inoltre che non sono assolutamente importanti i tempi di percorrenza e la tecnica individuale ma una certa abitudine all’attività fisica. Si richiede quindi una certa consuetudine con l’attività sportiva di qualsiasi genere sia pur blanda. Le persone molto sedentarie non sono adatte a questo tipo di esperienza. L’attività di Swimtrekking migliora la propria tecnica individuale nel nuoto, sviluppa l’autocontrollo e la conoscenza di sé, fa conoscere una serie di tecniche quali l’apnea e il salvamento, studia la flora e la fauna, il moto ondoso, i venti e le correnti, rafforza e accresce le dinamiche del gruppo. Chiunque può quindi affrontare in maniera positiva l’esperienza di un campo Swimtrekking se interessato a sperimentare le conoscenze da noi proposte.

“Archeology in Garraf: Living Prehistory” it’s a camp related with the archeological heritage that plans actions to preserve and maintain trough experimental archeology techniques the Cova de Can Sadurní and their surroundings.
The work tasks in the camp is divided into 2 big blocks. The first block is “Preservation and maintenance of the archaeological site and surroundings”, into this block the participants will do the maintenance of the “antic camí del moliner”, digging into the “forn de calç” and drystone techniques.
The second block is “Experimental archeologism”, into this block the participants will make archeological work through.

During the first day, dedicated to technical work, reconnaissance tasks will be carried out in the areas of work, the planning of the same, the proposed actions, the methodology and the tools to be used, as well as motivational activities and clarification of objectives.
On the last day of technical work, recognition and evaluation tasks will also be carried out for the different jobs carried out.

Free time and leisure activities will include group games, workshops and cultural activities in order to learn more about Catalan culture and traditions and the area. • The Timbalers de Begues organize a workshop to introduce volunteers to the festive atmosphere.
• "Castells": with "Els Encantats de Begues", which welcomes the volunteers and explains the
tradition of castles in Catalonia.
• Dinner with the 639 youth association that will allow the volunteers to connect with people from the village of similar ages and interests and share experiences.
• Participation in the nocturnal ballad of "Agrupació sardanista".
• Collaboration in the traditional dance event organized by "Òmnium Cultural".
• Outdoor recreational activities: games, excursions, orienteering, archery...
Some of the leisure and cultural activities will take place outside the town of Begues, in this way
that the participants can get to know the nearest territory and important tourist destinations such as
city of Barcelona. The most prominent outputs are the following:
• Route to the Garraf beach: In this itinerary we want to make known the natural characteristics of a
Very particular Natural Park, as is the case of the Garraf, with an extraordinary geological formation. Is they will travel the itineraries that pass through the main areas of chasms and karst erosions in the area and it will end with a swim on the beach.
• Excursion to Barcelona: one-day visit where you will visit some of the most emblematic museums, such as the MAC, the MNAC or the MHUBA.

The participants of the workcamp will be installed in the school of Begues, “Sant Cristòfor School”, in the centre of the village of Begues, 30 km far from Barcelona.
They are going to use a school multifunctional area, sleep indoors and mattresses will be provided. They are going to eat outdoors and a catering service will serve the food. There will be vegetarian and vegan options and as many menu adaptations as needed.
There are 2 toilets and showers separated by gender and with hot water. The cleaning service is maintained throughout the month of July contracted by the City Council, and it takes care of the toilets, showers and dining room. The service groups of the work site are in charge of the rest of the facilities used.

Fundació Catalana de l’Esplai organizes a wide range of leisure time education activities such activities for children, school camps, summer camps, work camps, training for trainers, etc. In 2018 Fundesplai projects reached 258.656 people and more than 600 took part in work camps.
The archaeological work carried out during the work camp will allow progress in the research project of the archaeological site in which other volunteers participate during the year and will help to reveal the importance of the cave in the population of Begues.
In order to ensure a good temporary integration in the village and to know the most relevant aspects of the activity in the life of Begues, we work so that young people come into contact with their people, their associative fabric and their institutions, organizing activities together with other entities or receiving training or workshops by these.

We are working tomake better conditions of the Sinegal village community in the Kavre district, near Banepa. We’re assisting in the development of effective agricul-tural methods. We will be developing environmental awareness and community forestry. We are working together with the local community to build a community house that can be used for various activities or for shelter in case of emergency. The Sinegal village is located in the Kavre district, at an altitude of 1800 m, about 30 km east of Kathmandu. Our activities take place around Banepa, a town just an hour bus ride away from Kathmandu. Nature is all around and the air here is far better than in the bustling capital. Banepa offers amenities like restaurants with Wi-Fi, pharmacies, grocery stores, etc. After the earthquake, a lot of buildings were de-stroyed. The local population needs help in the rebuilding of the village.

Volunteers will help to co-create the workshops in English for local children and teenagers. Activating kids and teenagers, providing a cross-cultural learning experience for them as well as English language environment. It will be done through games, workshops, sports activities, excursions, discussions, etc.
The age of kids is 10-16 y/o. There will be a local monitor who is responsible to propose and organize activities. Each day, approx. four to six hours workshop/activities will be given in the mornings.
The aim is that volunteers communicate with children in English, to encourage them to overcome the fear of speaking in a foreign language through non-formal educational methods and setting. In the first two days of the workcamp participants will spend time together to know the program and prepared and propose some owns workshops in relation to their capacity, interest or ability.
We want that the volunteers can be involved and take part in the all project. If you like dancing, you can propose to teach a dance; if you practice handball, organize a competition, etc.
It would be a bonus if volunteers could speak a little Spanish but it’s is not essential.

Accommodation will be a cultural house in La Pobla Llarga, where workcamp is taking place. There is a space for sleep (during the year is a psychometric space for the kindergarten), a common space with a kitchen and bathroom and a terrace. For lunch and dinner, the cook of the summer school will cook for the volunteers. For breakfast, the town hall gives volunteers the meal or money to buy food in the supermarket. Volunteers will sleep on mats. Please bring a sleeping bag!

ProgramCamp program includes teamwork on mini- projects, discussions at the round table, social and sport games, performances in the open air, actions for peace and nature protection, meetings with people, visits to museums and sightseeing as well as presentations of the countries that camp participants and volunteers represent, etc. Every day the camp will have a country presentation, a subject to learn or discuss and a related activity. There are 2 options which are the subject to availability:1) In the host families of some of the local participants who will join this camp. The apartments of the host families may be located in Tallinn or its suburbs. Participants will stay in a separate or shared room. Participants will have breakfasts and dinners in their host families, lunches i together with other camp participants in the city. Travel cards will be provided, pick up service at arrival is provided upon request.2) In the premises of The Language School In Down-Town located on the 4th and 5th floors of a business building in the city centre. In summer time, a part of the school is reserved for the camp participants accommodation that includes several separate dormitory bedrooms, a fitted kitchen, a dining area, a large shower area and two separate toilet cabins. Apart from bedrooms, the tea-room for rest will be also organized where teenagers might watch films, read and play board games enjoying soft sofas. Bed linen, pillows and blankets will be provided, so you do NOT need to bring a sleeping bag unless you want so. For the reasons of security, one school staff member and one volunteer will be staying with camp participants overnights to maintain domestic life, catering and general order on the site. Special requirementsEnglish is the camp language. The age of participants is 14 i 16. To assure a safe environment for all the campers, we expect all our camp participants will provide their parents letter of consent (Parental Authorization) and travel insurance certificate, and will have been fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 disease or declared recovered (a certificate is needed in both cases). Other necessary safety procedures and requirements must be fully undertaken and met in accordance with the Estonian national anti-COVID measures for minors that may apply at the moment of your arrival.Participation feeUnlike the traditional voluntary camp, there will be no work but mostly informal educational activities and guided language practice. Camp program implementation involves costs for boarding and lodging, domestic transport, materials, excursions, visits, cultural activities and general administration. Since neither EstYES, nor its partner ALPS receives any financial support for this camp from state or municipality, to make the camp happened we have to charge participation fee which is 320 Euro for 1 week long program or 550 Euro for 2 weeks long program. International language camp is organized for teenagers by The Language School In Down Town and the non-profit educational association Alternative Language Programs Satellite (ALPS) as part of their annual activities on multicultural issues for youth. The project s aim is to introduce the diversity of world cultures to the youth and provide them with good practices in intercultural communication by means of alternative English language practice which includes meetings, visits, direct contact to young people from abroad. The project gets 14 to 16 years old teens from all over the world, encourages them to develop their global thinking and individual initiative, tolerance and resistance to xenophobia and ethnic hatred. Camps give foreign participants a great chance to meet youngsters both from Estonia and other countries as well as to experience local life. The theme of summer 2023 is Skills for Life . The participants will discover why it is of a great value to be a skillful person either in the professional or emotional sphere, how the life skills are integrated in our everyday habits helping us to build up strong personal relationships and successful professional career, to support peaceful diplomacy and global sustainable development, and how to become one of those happy people. Meetings with local and/or international professionals in the field will take place. Thematic photo and video contests for camp participants will be organized.

Two major earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş, southeast of Turkey, and 10 cities were affected by the hundreds of aftershocks that followed. Thousands of buildings destroyed and much more
took heavy damage. Tens of thousands of adults and children affected by the earthquake were transferred to temporary accommodation areas in the surrounding safe cities. Many of these regions are was established by municipalities and many of them continue to be established. More than 150,000 earthquake survivors live in Mezitli. Many of the earthquake victims stay in their relatives' houses, student dormitories and private estates in various parts of the city. Various art activities will be organized in order to reduce the trauma of children who came from the earthquake region and experienced the earthquake in Mezitli and to heal their anxiety disorders through art. With the collaboration of artists from various regions of Turkey and you, our esteemed volunteers, workshops such as painting, music and creative drama will be organized, and activities such as social clowning and magic will be carried out. Through these studies, it is aimed to reduce the anxiety experienced by children aged 10-14 and 15-17. In addition, you will be able to support all kinds of work, such as a soup kitchen for earthquake victims, humanitarian aid materials, if needed. Appropriate accommodation conditions such as landscaping need to be created.
The earthquake was felt closely in Mezitli. However, it did not have a devastating effect here. Still, many adults and children in the area experienced the fear of the earthquake, and many children were exposed to the psychological effects of this fear. Similar social activities will be organized for children whose houses were not destroyed in the earthquake, but who experienced the panic of the earthquake. In this context, gamified trainings are also planned for children on the scientific causes of natural disasters, living in peace and harmony with nature, and sustainable development goals. Volunteers who can provide visual, auditory and non-formal education and activities for children and young people aged 10-14 and 15-17 will be preferred. All these activities will be held in Happy Life Village, which is owned by the Mezitli Municipality.
In this program, the subjects of study may change in line with the needs of Mezitli Municipality. Every contribution you make will provide social and community benefits to the local people.

Volunteers will stay in Happy Life Village belonging to Mezitli Municipality. It is a facility where social work is carried out for children and young people, national and international volunteers. It supports the social work done here throughout the year. There is bungalow houses for 2-3 people and there is a dormitory for 40 people (20 female, 20 male). Volunteers, depending on the situation and need this bungalow will be placed in houses. Toilet, bathroom, social areas, green space, cafeteria, air conditioning and security is available. Happy Life Village is a social environment that is developing and enriching day by day.
Volunteers sometimes eat in the cafeteria of Happy Life Village, sometimes in the soup kitchen,
Sometimes they can eat in the municipality and sometimes as food. Ready meals for volunteers
will be provided. Sometimes, volunteers will be able to have their meals at the Down Cafe. in this cafe individuals with Down syndrome are employed. Cost of meals eaten by volunteers here

The camp is designed as a place for socializing, mutual communication and inclusion of people with developmental disabilities with volunteers from the regular population, who come from different cultures and environments.
Volunteers will work in the "Oasis" on everyday activities with the users of the house. Main activities are activities that our users also engage in daily: maintenance and arrangement of work and living space; tidying up the yard and plot; pulling weeds and working in the garden (planting, hoeing, watering, crop care and harvesting); sorting of the obtained fruits and vegetables - separation for feeding in the camp, for distribution to socially disadvantaged members of the local community, for livestock and for compost; feeding of animals and maintenance of premises where animals stay; going to the local environment to empty recycling containers with PET packaging, pressing the packaging, visiting vulnerable families from the local community.

The town has about 5,000 inhabitants, it is a multicultural environment, the majority of the population is of the Orthodox faith, but the Catholic population is also very represented. In the center of the town there are Orthodox and Catholic churches, a supermarket, a post office, a school, a kindergarten, a health center, cafes... It is interesting that the castle Schloss (from the 18th century) is located there, which is accompanied by stories about curses, infidelities and punishments. It has significant architectural and historical value because Karađorđe Petrović and composer Ludwig Van Beethoven stayed there.
Various manifestations are held in the town itself throughout the year: Cat Festival (masquerade ball and carnival), Days of Rosemary, Earth Day... During the volunteers' stay, the celebration of Petrovdan - the glory of the place - will be held, during which numerous outdoor activities will be organized and a fair in which enjoyed by all the locals.

Camp Oasis Golubinci gathers people of good will who are ready to help and provide support in life and work to adults with developmental disabilities. Oasis Golubinci is a living and working community for people with disabilities, and in the Oasis itself there is accommodation for volunteers and users. Volunteers will be accommodated in houses that have all the necessary equipment (sufficient number of bathrooms, kitchen, dining room), in double and triple rooms. All houses/accommodation units are in the same yard, so volunteers are directed to each other, although they may be in separate houses. Given that there are 4 different kitchens, there are opportunities for volunteers to participate in the preparation of food themselves, and the association can provide the necessary food, according to our capabilities. Volunteers will be provided with bedding.
Previous experience of working with people in situation of developmental disabilities is not necessary, however you should be motivated to spend time with them and help organize activities.
Keep in mind that it can be quite hot in the summer, prepare adequate clothes a good mosquito repellent and shoes for working outside.

SEKADER is a local NGO aiming to socialise disabled people of the area through water sports. They hired a camping site where they teach swimming, canoeing and diving to disabled people. To raise a fund to cover the costs of the camping site they also run a camp to practice English. Good English speakers are invited to spend 10 days with a group of international teenager participants who wish to improve their English in such a camp.
