Fotografare in acqua
Riciclo artistico dei materiali di rifiuto
Marine and beach litter
Aspetti pratici e teorici dello Swimtrekking.
Lavoro

Bridging past, present and future in Neuendorf im Sande.
Your support is needed to improve facilities of the community: The estate is to become a place where people can discuss, learn and spend time together all year round. Up to now, the art, culture and political education events have mainly taken place in summer and outside - also because there is not yet a heatable roofed room for them. Together with the work camp, a room in a former stable building is to be renovated so that meetings and events are also possible in the colder months.
Secondly, we would like the group to help in the build up of the actual highlight: From July 26 to July 28 there will be an international festival. We will offer a number of workshops on the topics of promoting democracy, combating anti-Semitism and racism. The festival will address current issues in the region relating to anti-democratic structures, as well as the current situation in Israel and Gaza. It is all about exchange and networking. The study part is about the history of the estate, a history of Jewish self-organisation under the pressure of National Socialist persecution. How can culture of remembrance function in rural areas? What is the significance of remembering the past at all for our societies today? What are the challenges? Theoretical aspects of democracy and the possibilities of developing a place for meeting and learning in orphaned rural areas are the focus. If desired, excursions to other sites can also be organised.

In the project "Gutshof Neuendorf im Sande", the history of the site is documented and made accessible to the public. In the 1930s, the estate was a hachshara site, an agricultural training estate where the increasingly persecuted Jews were to be enabled to leave Nazi Germany through agricultural training. From 1941, the estate became a forced labour camp, and in April 1943 the last Jewish residents were deported to the Auschwitz concentration camp, where many were killed. In GDR times, the farm was a state-owned property. The project offers workshops on history and political topics, organises concerts, readings, film evenings and theatre performances and wants to become a meeting place for the region. We see the project as a place where a shared vision of a solidary and democratic society without racist exclusion can be developed. Camps give foreign participants a great chance to meet youngsters both from Estonia and other countries as well as to experience local life. This summer we offer you to participate in our new project called MATRIX . Camp participants will learn about different meanings of this word. Together, we will identify the ways how to improve the matrix of the modern world, how to become a better version of ourselves and how to develop our emotional intelligence. Camp participants will acquire life skills that they will need to create their own codes for personal matrices that will have power to change their life for the better. They are the smart matrices of our personalities, souls, love and success, well-being and happy life. Meetings with local and/or international professionals in the field will take place. Thematic photo and video contests for camp participants will be organized.
You will participate in the life of the festival supervised by the volunteers of the Crest Jazz association. Vir'Volt stands for InteRnational VolunTeer Village (in French). For 3 years, the organisation has been based in the heart of nature, in the middle of a regional park. By welcoming young people from all over the world each year, the future village is being built around a number of different objectives: getting to know each other and learning from our differences, reflecting and acting together to protect the environment, but also having a positive impact on the surrounding area and people by putting solidarity at the heart of each of our actions. Vir'Volt also aims to become fully eco friendly and sustainable which is reflected in our campsite ; yurts and teepees as rooms, permaculture farming and gardening, water saving projects, reducing and reusing waste. This small village will become great without sacrificing or damaging the surrounding environment whilst always searching better and more eco friendly ways of living.
The municipality of Heilsbronn is counting on the help of international volunteers to maintain and renovate parts of the town’s infrastructure. For this year, two projects are in discussion:
• Maintain a fitness trail in the forest, called ‘’Vita Parcours’. To keep the fitness trail practicable for visitors, you will clear the trail of over-grow plants along the paths and on different stations. You will also help to clean the signs and stations, as well as help to pick up left-over trash along the way.
• Renovate a ‘’barefoot path’’. A barefoot path is a short way, where people can walk on barefoot, to experience different sensations. One part of it is made with pebbles, another with moss, another one with pine cones… etc. The barefoot paths in Heilsbronn are loved by kids and families and they need to be renovated regularly. You will help emptying and refilling the different parts of the path.
Others projects might also be added. In case, you should expect working outside with municipal workers, doing renovation or construction works. The work will be led by a professional instructor from the builder’s yard, so no previous experience is needed. You will work 30 hours per week, somewhere between 8am to 4pm from Monday to Friday with lunchbreak on site.

Our organization is dedicated to fostering the intellectual, creative, and personal development of young people through various initiatives. With a mission to create, experience, and be together, we aim to provide opportunities that empower local communities and contribute to the growth of youth on both local and international levels.
Our organization's primary goals are threefold: creating, experiencing, and being together. We strive to enable local communities to learn, participate, and self-realize (Creating), offer experiences at the local and international levels to promote personal development among young people (Experience), and cultivate an environment where young individuals can develop competencies for the growth of their communities (Being together).
The organization is committed to fulfilling these goals through a range of tasks and programs. These include:
1. Youth Initiatives: We actively develop and promote youth initiatives, fostering favorable conditions for intellectual and creative development.
2. Non-formal Education: Providing young people with opportunities to acquire essential life skills, knowledge, and competencies through non-formal education.
3. Leisure Time Activities: Offering opportunities for young individuals to make good use of their leisure time in meaningful ways.
4. Information Access: Ensuring young people have access to relevant information for their developmental needs.
To address the needs of youth with fewer opportunities, we implement outdoor education and adventure pedagogy through various non-formal education programs. Additionally, our international voluntary work camps program promotes intercultural learning, community development, and peace education.
In low-populated areas, we conduct mobile youth work, providing essential youth services where municipalities may not cover them. Advocacy at the regional level is a crucial aspect of our work, advocating for the quality of youth work and the development of participatory youth policy.
Furthermore, our active involvement in traditional folk and cultural events aims to introduce these aspects to the youth, preserving cultural heritage and fostering a sense of community. DIY workshops are organized to support young people in learning practical skills necessary for life.
While the organization was established in 2005, we have grown to be a values-based youth association with a significant impact on local communities and the personal development of young individuals. Children s Development is one of the major programs in VIN s Integrated Community Development Approach. The Goal of the Children s development program is to protect the rights of all children by providing them access to basic quality education, developing their life skills and providing access to health services through community health program. Even in recent days in Nepal, schools are focusing on the examination and are doing less to develop the students creativity. Teachers only focus on reading and writing U? 1/2 rote learning. The creativity of children is not explored. Due to the busy work schedule of parents, most of the children do not have the opportunity to socialize and be creative. To provide opportunities to children (aged 6-12 years old) on socialization and creativity, such type of camps is essential. At VIN working area Okhaldhunga, children do not have a proper structure and environment to develop their innate talents at home or school. Children s camp (in winter and summer) is one of the best places to explore their natural talents and creativity. In this work camp, national and international volunteers facilitate different types of fun and creative activities for the target children where VIN works.
As a volunteer, you will be working with the farmers who are trained by VIN in permaculture. The work usually is hands on like designing the farm based on the permaculture principles U? 1/2 cultivating crops, weeding, irrigating, collecting materials, digging etc. Support farmers in making organic fertilizers like compost. Observe, interact, learn and implement.

VINU? 1/2s Environment and Conservation Programs focus on promoting community awareness of crucial environmental issues and developing solutions. VIN runs a number of environmental projects to conserve, promote and protect environment and culture and to prevent, abate and control water, land and air pollution in order to enhance health, safety and welfare of this and future generation. We use permaculture for sustainable farming We started teaching and implementing Permaculture from later 2018 We believe Permaculture help restore whole ecosystem Agriculture provides subsistence and employment for 80 of the population of Nepal, accounting for approximately 39 to the total GDP. The development of the sector is crucial for the empowerment of those who rely upon it and for the national economy. Since Nepal is in Himalayan region, it has been badly affected by the Climate Change The sources of water are drying; new types of moths / insects are in existence; the crop cultivation time changed, unexpected change in climate, unpredictable rainfall, draughts etc. are the result of global warming Nepalese farmers facing. 12 principles of Permaculture U? 1/2 Observe and interact- LetU? 1/2s slow down and observe and appreciate our surroundings and others. LetU? 1/2s slow down and interact with others, in real life, not on our phones. U? 1/2 Catch and store energy- Take time to relax to restore balance and energy. Also, for me this means associating myself with those who bring positive energy and it means doing things that bring me joy and make me feel energized like running and learning. U? 1/2 Obtain a yield- In permaculture, this of course might mean planting in such a way that the most food is created. The food is the reward. In life, we can work to obtain an intrinsic or extrinsic reward. These rewards need not be strictly financial. Perhaps the reward is making a difference in your clientU? 1/2s life or making your coworkerU? 1/2s day a little bit easier. U? 1/2 Apply self-regulation and accept feedback- Self-regulation or self-control allows us to be accountable and it empowers us. Feedback helps us improve which will help us excel at work. U? 1/2 Use and value renewable resources and services and produce no waste- These two principles are simply common-sense tips to living a eco-friendly lifestyle and in creating a more sustainable world. U? 1/2 Design from patterns to details- Permaculture calls for standing back and observing patterns in nature and in society and then filling in the details; this might make for a more efficient and logical way to work as well. U? 1/2 Integrate rather than segregate and use and value diversity- These principles translate perfectly in how we should all live in harmony with each other by integrating everyone into our communities and valuing diversity. U? 1/2 Use small and slow solutions- Permaculture uses small and slow solutions because they are easier to manage than bigger solutions and they allow for the use of local resources leading to more sust
