You will be working on the preservation of the south facade of the Hotellerie building, in the hamlet of Vaunieres. This stone facade is currently covered with a layer of insulation and a really damaged finish. The first phase of work will therefore involve removing the insulation to reveal the ancient masonry. Next, you will repoint the stones with mortar, and then apply the bonding plaster. A local expert will guide you through the various phases of the project. Some activities involve working on scaffolding. Each day, two members of the group will take turns preparing meals for the team; the menu will be defined in advance. You'll work on-site during the morning, Monday to Friday.
Generally speaking, the work involves masonry, preparing tools and meals, as well as organizing and setting up collective life.

The hamlet of Vaunieres is 6km from Saint Julien en Beauchene village and 23km from the nearby town of Veynes. There's no Wi-Fi, and the connection is weak, but you'll meet people from all over the world!
You will be in an exceptional location to discover the pleasures of hiking in the mountains, wandering near rivers and lakes, enjoying local markets, and festive evenings organized in the surrounding villages (according to the program). Discover this place in the company of a group of international volunteers who will enrich your experience. Here, you will be the protagonist of your stay: you'll organize your own free time and benefit from the support of our staff.

We welcome you to the hamlet of the Vaunieres, at an altitude of 1170 meters. You'll be accommodated in dormitories with sanitary facilities, kitchen, and dining facilities at your disposal. Here, we pay close attention to our diet to reduce our environmental impact: we eat locally as much as possible and reduce our meat consumption to twice a week. Daily life is organized collectively: menus (vegetarian, vegan diets, etc.), shopping, activities, and so on. Once or twice for weeks, we organize shopping trips using the vehicles provided on site.

The aim of this project is to rebuild the perimeter wall of the former priory, located behind the school and alongside the stream. The work will involve restoring and consolidating this structure to ensure its solidity, while ensuring that it blends harmoniously into the surrounding landscape. As well as helping to preserve the local heritage, the project will give volunteers an opportunity to learn traditional masonry techniques, such as cutting and assembling stones, repointing and laying mortar.
You don't need any qualifications to take part, just your enthusiasm and desire to learn. You will be supervised by experienced professionals who will guide you through the various stages of the work. Don't forget to bring suitable, comfortable, and hard-wearing clothing, as there is a risk that your clothes will be damaged or soiled. All the necessary safety equipment will be provided.

The aim will be to share your cultural wealth with the residents and associations of Saint-Genis-De-Saintonge. Visits to the region will be organised collectively according to your wishes (visits, ocean, museums, etc.). You can discover local towns such as St Emilion, Bordeaux, La Rochelle, etc. Leisure activities and local events will give you the chance to meet the locals!

You will sleep in La maison Bibard, a house recently acquired by the municipality. Participants will sleep in 3 areas equipped with mattresses. The house has all amenities (toilets, kitchens, etc.), but showers will be taken at the nearby gym (100m). You must bring your own duvet and pillow. Bicycles are available for use during the project. Food will be provided for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Meals will be prepared, in turn, by you, especially for lunch and dinner, while respecting environmental values and local resources, as well as everyone's culture (hot and cold dishes as well as vegetarian and vegan dishes will be prepared).

Saint-Genis-de-Saintonge is a commune in south-west France, in the Cognac region, in the heart of the Charente countryside, close to the Lande forest and a short distance from the banks of the Gironde estuary. This commune is a long-standing partner of the association, with whom we carried out the first workcamps in the Charente-Maritime region in 1996. After a ten-year hiatus in projects in the area, in 2019 the municipality wanted to rekindle the intercultural momentum generated by the work camps, and in particular to use them to renovate the cemetery walls last year.

Study part:
The history of Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp and the Soviet Special Camp are the focus of this part of the study. You will learn about the life stories of former prisoners who were interned here from all over Europe. Why were they persecuted? What was their daily life in the camp like and how did they try to survive? Visits to exhibitions, memorials and museums in Oranienburg and Berlin as well as discussions with experts are also part of the program. There will be a sound workshop so pleeae bring instruments with you.

Work part:
Participants will perform maintenance and gardening work on the memorial grounds. No special skills are required for the simple physical work.

Sachsenhausen is a part of Oranienburg, ca. 33 km to the north of Berlin. Sachsenhausen was
one of the earliest concentration camps in Germany, built in 1936. For example, German
people who were in opposition to Nazi policy, homosexuals, so-called asocials, criminals,
Jews, and during the war especially people from occupied countries were imprisoned, forced
to work and a lot of them were murdered. Between 1945 and 1950 a part of this area was used
as a so-called Special Camp of the Soviet Secret Service
Leisure:
Volunteers have to be able to ride a bike, as several shorter and longer bike rides are planned. Bicycles are provided, but helmets are not required. In the free time it's possible to go to Berlin or Potsdam. The volunteers will find many forests and lakes to walk, cycle or just relax. However, the free time activities will mainly depend on participants' ideas.

You will be accommodated in a youth hostel. The building is on the grounds of historical
Sachsenhausen concentration camp complex and was built in 1938 as the official residence
of the Concentration Camp Inspector, 2 km away from the memorial centre.
It is not necessary to bring a sleeping bag. Bed sheets and linen will be provided. You will sleep
in shared rooms with a lot of space. It is possible to use the washing machine and the dryer for
a small fee.

Food:
In the hostel there is a big kitchen for the group. Please be prepared not only to cook

The Sachsenhausen Memorial was one of the largest concentration camps in Germany and was built in 1936 near Berlin. More than 200,000 people from all over Europe were imprisoned here by the Nazi SS. The prisoners were forced to perform inhumane labor, and thousands died or were murdered. After the liberation in 1945, the Soviet secret service established Special Camp No.7/No.1 on the site for the internment of former Nazi functionaries and political opponents. Today the memorial is a place of remembrance, learning and research.

Discover a trail where nature and heritage come together – and help bring it back to life!
After the success of several restoration projects, a new challenge awaits you: renovating a hiking trail along the Oise River, serving as a vital link between two towns. This project is particularly significant, not only for its environmental impact but also for its role in bringing communities together and showcasing the local heritage.
Building on past initiatives, you will take part in several key tasks to restore and improve access to the trail. The work will include pruning trees and shrubs blocking the path, removing invasive plant species to protect local biodiversity, clearing overgrown areas, and improving the trail’s accessibility. Additionally, you will help design and install educational panels to provide hikers with insights into the site’s history and natural treasures.

Saint-Maximin (3 000 inhabitants) is located in the department of Oise, 70km from Paris. The region has a rich historical heritage that you can discover nearby: The Chantilly Castle, the Compiegne Imperial Palace or the Pierrefonds Castle. Each year, in addition to outings, leisure activities are scheduled (St Leu d'Esserent water sports centre, swimming pool...).
Activities are planned with the youth service of the town to include you in the activities planned during the summer like the July 14th celebrations and meetings with the local population.

Your accommodation will be located in the garden of the "Maison pour Tous Nelson-Mandela", a bourgeois-style house from the end of the 19th century, which hosts the communal music workshops, exhibitions as well as cultural and leisure associations.
The group will have access to the kitchen of this house. You will sleep under individual tents. Large tents will be installed for the collective life. The infrastructures of the municipal stadium (300 metres away) will offer access to showers with a separation between girls and boys. You will share the various collective chores and prepare meals together, prioritising vegetarian meals and local products from the market.

Remember to bring work clothes for the work site as well as tight shoes. As the accommodation is under tents, remember to bring your sleeping bag as well as a floor mat or a camping mattress for more comfort.

The small town of Saint-Maximin, nestled at the heart of the stone quarries of the South of Oise, has an uncommon cultural heritage (troglodyte houses, old open-air quarries, mushroom beds, etc.) that it promotes in its museum "La Maison de la Pierre".
Today, there are still five stone quarries in use in Saint-Maximin. The stone extracted from them is mainly used for the restoration of historical monuments (Paris City Hall or the Arc de Triomphe). The quarries of Saint-Maximin also provide the clay used for the tennis courts of Roland-Garros. An initiation to stone cutting is planned during your stay!

The goal of the current project is to create a passageway to the community hall, a central gathering place for the town. On the agenda : dismantling a stone wall to create an opening, masonry work for the new passage, building a step and path using the recovered stones.

La Chapelle-en-Serval is nestled in the heart of the Oise department, between the towns of Senlis and Chantilly, and just 40 km from Paris. You’ll stay in tents at the town’s communal stadium, where a large tent (marabout) will serve as your living and dining area. Showers will be available in the stadium’s locker rooms.
Life at the camp will be all about teamwork: you’ll share daily tasks and prepare meals together. The animation team will manage the budget, and you’ll take part in the shopping and meal preparation, focusing on healthy and locally sourced products.

Please bring good shoes, working clothes and a swimsuit. As nights can be quite cold,
remember also to bring warm clothes and a sleeping bag. You can also bring traditional recipes from your home country/region, music instruments and games.
Foreigners coming from the European Union must bring with them a personal EHIC (European Health Insurance Card), and everybody must, in any case, bring their insurance certificate. If health issues arise on the project, volunteers will have to pay for it, and will then be reimbursed once back in their home country.

Help preserve Montferrat's local heritage!
Located in the north-east of the commune of Montferrat, the Pierrepont spring is a place of refreshment for many villagers during the summer. With the aim of restoring the site's hydraulic heritage, an important element in the history and life of the village, you'll be tasked with clearing and demarcating the area to be rebuilt using picks and shovels; resuming the foundations on the sections requiring it; sorting the stones and assembling a hard base; building the low wall leading to the spring.
Take part in the enhancement of this committed and culturally rich commune, while making unforgettable encounters!

Montferrat (commune of approx. 1700 inhabitants) is located in the Var (83) department in the Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur region.
Just 15 km from Draguignan and 5 km from Chateaudouble, the village is nestled among wooded hills, in an unspoilt natural setting. The Pierrepont site is a fifteen-minute walk from the town center.
Your volunteer work will be punctuated by a variety of cultural and natural activities: discovering the region and its specialties, hiking, nature sports, meeting local people... and much more!

Accommodation will be in tents provided by Concordia in the outdoor area of the stadium. This will be a large field with grass and shady trees. Access to the stadium's showers, kitchen and WC is included.
You'll share the various collective tasks and prepare meals together, outdoors in a summer kitchen or under the small covered facility. A budget will be allocated to the leaders, and you'll help with the shopping, giving preference to healthy, local produce.

Children Development is one of the major programs at VIN Integrated Community Development Approach. The Goal of the Childrens development program is to protect the rights of all children by providing them access to basic quality education, developing their life skills (creativity, leadership etc.) and providing access to health and hygiene services. VIN has different projects under children s development program such as Children s Clubs (CC), Early Childhood Development (ECD), School Attendance (Teacher Development, Parenting Education, School Infrastructure Development, and Child Sponsorship), and Child Care. Even these days in Nepal, schools are focused mainly on examination and are not doing enough to develop life skills like creativity and leadership for children. Teachers only focus on reading and writing U? 1/2 rote learning. Creativity and individual differences in children are not explored. Due to the busy work schedule of parents, most of the children do not have an opportunity to socialize and be creative. These types of camps are so essential to provide life skills development opportunities to children aged between 5-12 years old. We work only with disadvantaged communities as these families cannot afford to take their children to holidays during their Winter and Summer breaks. Children don t have a proper structure and environment at home or a school to develop their innate talents. Children s camp (during winter and summer breaks) is one of the best places to explore their natural skills such as creativity and leadership. In this work camp, national and international volunteers will facilitate different types of fun and creative activities for the children where VIN works. Objectives: To provide unique opportunities for overall development (social, emotional, physical, mental, creativity) and provide a fun time for children aged between 5 and 12 utilizing their vacation period. To promote friendship, understanding, and solidarity among local young volunteers and cross-national volunteers. To provide an opportunity to understand and appreciate the Nepalese culture and traditions via cultural immersion.

VIN s Environmental and Conservation Programs raise community awareness of critical environmental issues and develop effective solutions. VIN runs various ecological projects that aim to conserve, promote, and protect the environment and culture while preventing, mitigating, and controlling water, land, and air pollution to enhance the health, safety, and welfare of current and future generations. We utilize permaculture for sustainable farming and have been teaching and implementing it since 2018. We believe that permaculture plays a vital role in restoring the entire ecosystem Holi, the Festival of Colors, is a major celebration in Nepal, symbolizing the victory of good over evil and the arrival of spring. During this lively festival, people throw colored powders and water to share blessings and celebrate a bountiful harvest. The activity leaders will have a budget to cover these expenses, but you will be responsible for preparing the menus and doing your own shopping. From 15th to 17th July, you'll be helping to set up the Jazz Festival, and then spending the rest of your stay taking part in ecological actions at the RBC (Municipal Biodiversity Reserve) de la Craie (2.5 km from the campsite). On the programme: creation and restoration of ponds, development of a mudflat, installation of wildlife shelters (nest boxes, bat houses, perches). Your commitment will contribute directly to preserving an ecosystem rich in amphibians, dragonflies, birds and bats.

Needless to say, in order for the Festival to be a life-enhancing and indeed for some a life-transforming experience, much hard work is required. From the day we arrive in an empty field with a small vanguard, our numbers gradually swell until we have around eight hundred volunteers welcoming the three thousand visitors. The set-up crew erect the structures that will act as kitchens and venues. They establish the infrastructure such as plumbing, compost toilets, showers and saunas. They make the site beautiful and safe with flags, bunting, paths, fences and lighting. Then during the Festival we have stewards to welcome and guide festival goers, to manage parking and traffic and to attend to people's well-being. Toilet wizards maintain the compost toilets. A team of recyclers sorts materials so as to minimize landfill. The kitchen crew feed volunteers and festival goers alike. The site crew look after the infrastructure, tents, water etc. During the set-up phase, volunteers will get one day off and during the festival two days either as full days or half days, depending on the needs of the particular teams.
VAP/IVS volunteers will be invited to work in one of a number of areas before and during the festival, for example: the Healing area, the Buddhafield cafe, site crew, recycling and ?toilet wizards?, decor, welcome and departure teams.
During the Festival the volunteers will have work shifts, but will also have time to enjoy the huge variety of events taking place and facilities available as outlined above. Volunteers are asked to attend daily morning meetings, the exact time depending on what area of work they choose to join. The work is very team-based. The whole enterprise runs on goodwill, awareness of each others? needs, good communication and mutual support. During set-up and take-down there will be organised events around Buddhist themes, attendance at which is completely voluntary. There are generally also alternatives such as spontaneous musical gatherings, often around a fire. They will also have someone on site who is their direct contact for support and pastoral care. They will meet as a group together each day.

Volunteers should bring their own tents, sleeping bag, sleeping mat and everything you would need for a camping trip. Weather can be range from very hot in the sun to very cold at night, so please bring plenty of blankets as well as sun cream, warm-weather clothes and proper waterproof jackets and trousers. Showers and toilet facilities are outdoors and though cleaner and better cared for than other festivals, they are outdoors and basic.
Buddhafield will provide 100% vegan food and hot drinks and snacks are available throughout the day. If you need animal products, you will have to bring with you a supply of food that does not need refrigeration.

Buddhafield (www.buddhafield.com) is an English Buddhist collective that is part of the international Buddhist movement, the Triratna Buddhist Community (http://thebuddhistcentre.com). Buddhafield emerged out of the coming together of Buddhism and ecological awareness in the 1990s. Buddhafield is inspired by the ideal of living and working more simply and kindly in a community informed by awareness of our interconnections with each other and with nature. We run a programme of camping activities in the South West of England and own two beautiful pieces of land, which we are committed to managing sustainably and which we use for several events each year (not the Festival itself). We are perhaps best known for organising the much-loved Buddhafield Festival, now in its 23rd year, and for the Buddhafield Cafe, which provides vegan food at festivals like the Glastonbury Festival.

THE FESTIVAL:
The Buddhafield Festival is held over five days, on a beautiful site in the Blackdown Hills, in Somerset, England. The event brings together around three thousand people for a sharing and celebration of alternative social, cultural, political and spiritual values. The mix of activities around Buddhist, environmental, healing and social change themes together with general festival attractions such as singing, dance, yoga, drumming, live music, comedy, craftwork, chai cafes, saunas, hot tubs and a huge range of activities for children, attracts a wide range of festival goers. The feedback we get is that for many the event is a reminder that a more positive and kind alternative to conventional competitive and environmentally damaging ways of living is possible. In keeping with the Festival's Buddhist ethos the event is a drug and alcohol-free zone.

Enjoy being outdoors! The main task of the project will be to improve the outdoor infrastructure so that even more people enjoy spending their leisure time outdoors and in nature.
• You will be installing benches at various points along the edge of paths or forests - in some places this will first require clearing work and the construction of a foundation, while in other places existing wooden benches or picnic areas will simply be renovated.
• You will renovate a wooden shelter for hikers. This includes woodwork and painting as well as wood and roof maintenance.
• To motivate children in particular to spend their free time outdoors, you will maintain an existing playground in the middle of the forest and add some new play equipment.
• To complete all these small tasks you will also improve the surrounding of your accommodation. This will include landscape gardening and renovation work.
The group of volunteers will be split up in the two different tasks every day. You are also invited to support the local festival team during their village party.

The workcamp will take place in the small village Schwarzerden, which belongs to the community of Freisen. Freisen is situated in the north of Saarland in a rural area. You can find many interesting places in Freisen: a historical railway, cultural and natural sights, a small zoo, a spa bath (but only few of them in Schwarzerden). The local villagers are already looking forward to getting to know you and to welcoming you at the local village festival. We will do our best to arrange excursions with the support of locals but due to the poot public transport they will for sure be limited. The project is perfect for volunteers who enjoy being outside and in nature.

The accommodation provided is the former centre of the sports club of Schwarzerden. It is now in public use for bigger events in this village. All necessary facilities are a hall for sleeping, a kitchen, toilettes, showers… Camping beds are provided but please bring your sleeping bag! If the weather is fine, you have the opportunity to eat and chill outside. Attention: This place is quite isolated; the village of Schwarzerden is 1km away. Next to the accommodation you can find the sports ground, you can use it whenever you want. You will have a beautiful view over the valley; you will be surrounded by forests and meadows. Just make a campfire and enjoy nature.
Please bring your own sleeping bag and pillow (if required). Your group of volunteers will be responsible for grocery shopping and cooking together. The food will be bought with the camp budget and everybody will take turns for cooking, washing the dishes and cleaning. In order to reduce our carbon footprint on the planet, we encourage volunteers to reduce meat and try more sustainable dishes.

The aim of this workcamp is to preserve the natural reserve area surrounding called "Fonts del Rio Algar." More concretely, the work will be mainly dedicated to parks and gardens maintenance or ?arboretum?: removing the over-grown grass, weeding some parts of the grasslands and the edge of the woods, maintaining footpaths. Volunteers will also take part in the clean-up of some areas of the reserve where building waste has been found, and if time allows it, they will carry out some painting works around the centre.
There will be other additional tasks to change the daily routine of the volunteers. Volunteers might participate in projects using recycled materials, such as sculptures, murals, mosaics, crafts, artistic activities, or other initiatives requested by the local town hall. Also, here may be a day of social work with the youngsters of the town in the local youth center, depending on availability and planning.

The municipality is located in the province of Alicante, in the northern part of the Marina Baixa region, 10 km from the coast and 42 km from the city of Alicante.
Algar Waterfalls at only 15 km from Benidorm and 3 km from the center of Callosa. This area was declared a Wetland protected by the Valencian Government. It is a park about the importance of water as an environmental resource, economical and cultural. The visit is a route through a circuit of 1.5 km in length along, where you can walk through the bed of the river Algar, see the spectacular waterfalls and the numerous sources, the "tolls" (pools of water) where you can take refreshing swims in crystal clear water, the old dam, the imposing century-old canal and ditches still in use.
Apart from the Waterfalls, there are other interesting sites in Callosa like the cultural heritage of the town, old narrow streets in the center. Also, there are several beautiful hiking routes around Callosa. One of the most spectacular places is El Fort de Bernia.
Not far from Callosa, you can visit a town called Guadalest which has an ancient castle. Also, Altea, another beautiful town near the sea can be visited. The beach is not far from the house and somedays, the volunteers can take a trip to the beach of Altea.

In a small rural house with basic conditions, some kilometres away from the village centre, with 2 different rooms. No need to bring a mattress but bring lower sheets and a summer sleeping bag are necessary. The centre is equipped with showers and WC.
The food is provided by our campleaders and the volunteers will be cooking in groups by the guidance of our campleader.
Please keep in mind that during the summer, weather conditions may not be optimal due to the high temperatures.

Help restore a hut at the heart of the ?hunters' site? in the south of France!
The commune of Puy-Saniere would like to restore the ?hunters' hut?, a structure overlooking the Lac de Serre-Poncon, and through which many hikers pass. Once used as a base for hunters, this structure is part of the commune's rural heritage and could also become a shelter for walkers.
You'll be taking part in the restoration of the hut's enclosure during a 3-week international work camp. You'll work on cleaning up the site, deconstructing it before starting to build, and finally constructing a low wall. At the end of your work, the walls will extend over 24 linear meters, allowing the hut to become a used shelter again!
This is a high-mountain project, so you'll need to read the description carefully before signing up. You'll be asked to provide a cover letter before you can register!

Puy-Sanieres is a commune in southern France, located on the southern flank of Mont Guillaume (2,552 m), at the southernmost tip of the Ecrins massif. It lies in the Hautes-Alpes department in the Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur region, near the Serre-Poncon lake.
The site of the ?hunters' hut? is located a few kilometers away from the center of the village of Puy-Sanieres, on land mainly devoted to pastoralism and soft tourism activities.
The site will be punctuated by leisure activities, such as discovering the region and its specialities, hiking and other sporting activities, as well as opportunities to meet the local population.

You'll be accommodated outside the hut, in a large shady area where tents (supplied by CONCORDIA) will be pitched to provide shelter from the elements. A party room is also available, with access to WCs and a covered kitchen. Telephone reception, but no WIFI.
Meals are prepared either in an outdoor kitchen or in the covered kitchen. You'll share the various collective tasks and prepare meals together. A budget will be allocated to the animators and you will participate in the shopping and preparation of meals, giving priority to healthy, vegetarian and local products.

The Commune would like to restore the Moulin de Viollins, located along the Biaysse torrent and a popular passageway for hikers.
You're invited to take part in the process of giving the mill a new lease of life.
On the program: site clean-up to prepare the work area, removal of collapsed roof elements, removal of deteriorated walls, sorting of stones, deconstruction of unstable wall sections, repointing of masonry...The aim of your work will be to restore the mill's perimeter walls, in particular by sorting materials and laying a sloping glacis.

This project is actively working for SDG 2 (Zero Hunger) and SDGs 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), organized together with the local group since 2019. This village has been welcoming "Ohenro (pilgrims)" who visit 88 temples in Shikoku since long time ago. The pilgrims walk through this village before visiting "Kakurin-ji temple"; the 20th temple out of 88 temples of the Shikoku Ohenro Pilgrimage. However, there are problems which should be solved such as aging and depopulation of the community these days, and locals haven't been able to find solutions for those problems. On the other hand, since more and more people from overseas visit for the Shikoku Ohenro Pilgrimage locals are trying to find new ways for "omotenashi (hospitality)". Volunteers who have been working on the project have come up with ideas for the reuse of vacant and abandoned land. Local host Oi have finally decided that they can freely renovate and modify the vacant houses. Moreover, the site is in a good location, with mountains, a river and fields. It is up to the volunteers from now on to decide how to develop the project. The aim is for the volunteer members to clean up the abandoned houses and village landscape and transform it into a village that people will want to visit to take photos, as it used to be a village where people came and went since ancient times.

During the workcamp mornings, you will participate in the construction of a wooden structure, a covered shelter, which will serve as a relaxing area and a cool, shaded space. Under the supervision of a technical supervisor, you will learn woodworking skills and become true apprentice carpenters. Once the structure is completed, you will be able to shelter there and take part in its decoration and layout.
But it doesn?t stop there ? we need your motivation to restore the stone and mosaic slab in our "pond and performance" area. Over the years, relentless vegetation has infiltrated the space, and the ground is now all uneven. The frogs will be at the front lines, encouraging you with their croaks!
Additionally, you will help water the plants, harvest vegetables from the garden, and transform these products. You?ll have the chance to meet our 3 wonderful residents from the chicken coop and maintain this space regularly.
This project is a great opportunity to meet young people from across Europe and around the world, exchange cultures, and share friendly moments. It?s the ideal setting to make new friends while engaging in various positive experiences (sleeping in tents, eating responsibly, using compost toilets...).

Afternoons will be dedicated to various recreational activities and discovering the region. You can go hiking, canoeing, visit beautiful medieval villages, or explore cities steeped in history. You can also swim directly in the Viaur River at Laguepie.
Moreover, with the support of the animation team, you will also be actively involved in suggesting activities and organizing events. Discussions about your favorite movie, introducing a local dance from your region, exchanging ideas on a current issue that concerns you, karaoke nights, or international quizzes ? the floor is open for your ideas!
And then, the time will come for the famous international dinner, open to everyone, where you will prepare one or more typical dishes from your country or region. It?s a great way to take your friends on a culinary journey and exchange ideas on interculturality!

You'll be accommodated in 8- to 12-person single-sex collective tents with floors and beds. There are beautiful composting toilets and solar showers, all built by former workcamps participants. A washing machine is available for reasonable and regulated use. There is no Wi-Fi connection.
You will participate daily in maintaining the site and preparing meals. Collective decisions will ensure a balanced diet based on your tastes, dietary requirements, and seasonal local products. Cooking is part of the project, just like the construction activities.

On the heights of the village of Laguepie, Citrus association is a place of sharing and encounters, where young people from all over the world come to contribute to the renovation and fitting-out of the international welcome center. Since 2012, the association's buildings have been located in the former hamlet of La Mayounelle: offices, a communal living space and an activity room, all surrounded by fields, the landscape of greenery, and a vegetable garden.
