The volunteers will prepare and finalize the programme in the first days. Each day, a four hours workshop/activities will be given and organized for kids in the morning. The volunteers will have many facilities and a park to do the activities with children.
It is well known that people in Spain don?t have a good level of English, even though it is studied at school for more than 9 years. That?s why the participants are really asked to try their best if they speak Spanish to communicate with locals.
Simultaneously, the workshops will try to teach other values such as the respect for the environment and promote the culture of peace. A good atmosphere will be the key for workcamps in future! Volunteers will be asked to take initiative, to ?create? the workcamp, to leave a memory in Jodar.
Luogo
Jodar is a village located close to Jaen. The main economic activity is agriculture and it is surrounded by the Natural Park of Sierra Magina which is a natural area with the high-quality landscape, pure and nearly virgin. Volunteers will have excellent possibilities to visit Cordoba/Granada or Seville and other spots like Jaen (Arabic baths and cathedral), Ubeda and Baeza. There is also a chance of doing a hiking route through the Serrezuela and the Sierra Magina and even to have a parapente experience in Pegalajar.
In a workcamp we also dedicate some time to a study part. It is an activity of non-formal learning, where you can gain new knowledge or form new opinions on different problems; all this is done in a relaxed and entertaining way.
The intercultural evening is a good way of intercultural learning. In every camp there is one evening, when all participants present their country in a relaxed way ? making presentation, watching photos, telling stories, tasting typical dishes, drinks and sweets, dances etc. Please, have this evening in your mind while preparing your luggage to share a piece of your culture with the rest of volunteers.
The volunteers will have access to the local swimming pool of the town and will be able to enjoy their free times in the poolside.
As the local transportation is not very well connected, it is not easy to organize some trips to the big cities but depending on the volunteers, it could be possible to organize some trips to Malaga, Sevilla or Granada in the weekends. Keep in mind that De Amicitia is not financing your leisure time activities.

At local high school. The living conditions are basic, please bring a sleeping bag. Mats will be available but please check with us first! The center is equipped with showers and toilets. The volunteers are meant to prepare their breakfast, lunch and dinner, although last year we got a professional cook and we hope this year we will have the same ?luxury?.
This project will include a one day only vegan food day agreed by volunteers for the promotion of environmental sustainable lifestyle.

Il progetto del campo prevede la ricognizione di un sito del Parco Sommerso di Baia, sotto la supervisione di archeologa, guida accompagnatrice del Parco, con l'autorizzazione dell'Ente Parco dei Campi Flegrei, per la ricerca di altri “tesori sommersi” che, se emersi dalla ricognizione, saranno prontamente segnalati al Parco ed il prosieguo del lavoro già effettuato nei precedenti campi estivi, dai quali sono emersi ritrovamenti di spessore nell'area.

I volontari saranno i protagonisti di una vera e propria campagna di monitoraggio scientifico, con il supporto di strumentazioni specifiche e tutor, avranno la possibilità di effettuare ricognizioni nell’area Archeologica del Portus Julius e dell'insula Baianiis, ove di recente, sono riemersi mosaici di grandissimo valore, ed addirittura, nello scorso campo, degli affreschi sommersi ancora intatti! Sotto la supervisione di Archeologa Guida del Parco, si effettueranno ricognizioni e monitoraggi atti a scoprire nuovi manufatti presenti sul posto, documentarli e segnalarli al Parco Sommerso di Baia. il campo è strutturato per subacquei in immersione e snorkelisti.
CAMPO SNORKELING: € 620,00 comprende le uscite sia a mare che nei siti a terra, il laboratorio di scavo archeologico ed il corso di archeologia del periodo imperiale e le tecniche costruttive di tale periodo.
Per chi lo richiedesse, si possono fare prove di immersione gratuite ed eventualmente integrare la quota per prendere il brevetto sub (vedi Campo corso sub)
CAMPO SUB: € 720,00 (solo per chi ha già il brevetto) consiste in tutte le attività di immersione sui nuovi siti, il loro rilievo la preparazione di piantine e lo studio a secco degli stessi, il corso di archeologia, il laboratorio si scavo archeologico a terra e subacqueo. CORSO SUB: € 820,00, per il conseguimento del brevetto Open Water Diver o Advanced e per chi avesse già il brevetto Open, immersioni sub su siti ed i laboratori come sopra. Tutti i volontari parteciperanno alle visite ai siti di terra Terme, Museo ed altro.

I Campi Flegrei, terra del mito e della storia ove Virgilio maturò le ispirazioni per l’Eneide, le Bucoliche e le Georgiche, ove il mito si mescola con la storia, storia che permea questa terra sin dall’arrivo dei Greci e con le successive meraviglie costruttive della Baia imperiale, conservate sott’acqua, a pochi metri di profondità, a causa del bradisismo, lento movimento causato dal vulcanesimo Flegreo, ne fanno un luogo di meraviglie e scoperta di “tesori sommersi” dal giorno dell’istituzione del Parco Sommerso di Baia.
Attività formative
tutti i partecipanti prenderanno parte al corso di Archeologia subacquea, sia gli snorckelisti che coloro che faranno attività subacquee. Alla fine del campo tutti riceveranno l'attestato di partecipazione, i subacquei potranno richiedere il rilascio del brevetto Archeology Diver con il pagamento della quota di € 30,00.

L'alloggio è in B&B, a pochi passi dal Centro Sub Pozzuoli, in località Lucrino.
Requisiti e materiali
Certificato medico per attività subacquee per chi si immerge, generico per chi pratica solo snorkeling. Brevetto sub minimo Open water diver per i subacquei in immersione.

La Biolle is a charming rural commune in Savoie, located in the Albanais region at the foot of the Chambotte massif. The project takes place in the heart of a region rich in heritage and traditions, just 8 km from Aix-les-Bains, 25 km from Chambery, and 30 km from Annecy?a geographical setting that attracts visitors all year round. Near the work site, you will be surrounded by exceptional natural landscapes. Numerous hiking trails will allow you to explore the spectacular panoramas of the Bauges Massif and observe a variety of bird species in the wetlands. Leisure activities will be organized to immerse you in local life: kayaking or swimming outings at Lake Bourget, guided tours to discover the history and traditions of the region, all coordinated by your leaders in collaboration with local partners. These activities will also be designed with input from the young participants, ensuring a participatory experience tailored to their interests. This immersive experience offers a unique opportunity to combine civic engagement, cultural discovery, and outdoor activities in an authentic and welcoming setting.
Alloggio
You will be accommodated in individual tents set up in the courtyard of La Biolle?s elementary school. Each participant will have their own tent for comfort and privacy. It is recommended to bring a camping mattress and a sleeping bag suitable for temperatures around 10?C, as mountain nights can be chilly. Nearby, the gymnasium will be accessible for the use of sanitary facilities and showers. This location will also serve as a shelter in case of adverse weather conditions or extreme heat. For meal preparation and dining, the multipurpose hall "L'Ebene" will be available. This spacious and well-equipped hall will allow participants to cook together and share convivial moments. A supermarket is located in front of the hall, making food supply easy. Additionally, every Friday evening, a local farmers? market takes place, providing an opportunity to discover and purchase fresh and seasonal products. Collective life will be organized around the active participation of each member: daily tasks such as cleaning, activities, and meal preparation will be shared in rotation. We will prioritize a vegetarian diet, made from local and seasonal products, while respecting specific dietary needs and promoting the discovery of local cuisine. A laundromat is located about 1 km from the school, with costs covered by the participants. Wi-Fi connectivity is not guaranteed on-site, so we recommend arranging a personal solution if needed.
Requisiti e materiali
Foreigners belonging to the European Union must bring with them a personal EHIC (European Health Insurance Card), and everybody must, in any case, bring their insurance certificate. If health issues arise on the project, volunteers will have to pay for it, and then be reimbursed once back in their home country.

I campi di volontariato si svolgono nella spiaggia dell’Isola dei Conigli, zona A di Riserva Naturale e sito di deposizione della tartaruga marina Caretta caretta. I campi hanno una duplice finalità: contribuire alla tutela della spiaggia, intensamente frequentata a fini balneari, in modo da garantire le condizioni ambientali idonee all’ovodeposizione di Caretta caretta, controllando l’impatto antropico sul sito; sorvegliare e proteggere i nidi di Caretta caretta, dalla deposizione alla schiusa. Questi campi sono una grande occasione per quanti, appassionati della natura, vogliono prendersene cura svolgendo attività utili ed entusiasmanti, in uno dei luoghi più belli di Lampedusa e del Mediterraneo, meritevole di essere salvaguardato per la sua bellezza e per la sua grande importanza naturalistica.
Lavoro
Il campo prevede lo svolgimento di turni giornalieri di 6 ore circa e, all’occorrenza, turni notturni di 8–10 ore. I turni giornalieri sono finalizzati al controllo della balneazione, mediante sorveglianza ed attività di informazione e sensibilizzazione dei bagnanti, in modo da far rispettare i regolamenti vigenti nella riserva. Dalle 8 alle 20.00 i volontari si alterneranno per coprire due postazioni fisse: una all'ingresso della Riserva e una sulla spiaggia. All'ingresso, i volontari forniranno informazioni ai visitatori e forniranno supporto agli operatori nelle attività di controllo degli accessi alla spiaggia. In spiaggia, i volontari sorveglieranno gli eventuali nidi deposti, saranno punto di riferimento per quanti vogliono conoscere la biologia riproduttiva di Caretta caretta e svolgeranno attività di sensibilizzazione nei confronti dei turisti (inviteranno al rispetto delle norme comportamentali da osservare, effettueranno la pulizia dell’arenile, ecc.). I volontari, inoltre, collaboreranno nelle attività di rilevamento dei dati sulla fruizione e saranno di sostegno agli operatori della riserva per il rilevamento dei dati sui nidi di tartaruga e sui piccoli. I turni notturni si svolgeranno presso la struttura ubicata all'ingresso della riserva e sono finalizzati ad impedire l’accesso in spiaggia di eventuali visitatori durante la notte, che potrebbero pregiudicare gli eventi di nidificazione della tartaruga. Durante le schiuse dei nidi i turni notturni si svolgeranno in spiaggia. I volontari parteciperanno anche alle attività di salvaguardia e sorveglianza (diurna e notturna) di eventuali nidi deposti in altre spiagge dell’isola che rientrano nelle competenze dell'Ente Gestore della Riserva. I volontari, a turno, si occuperanno anche della preparazione dei pasti e della pulizia dell’alloggio.

Molto più vicina all’Africa che alla Sicilia, Lampedusa appartiene all’Arcipelago delle Pelagie. Nel 1996 la Regione Siciliana ha istituito la Riserva Naturale “Isola di Lampedusa”, gestita da Legambiente Sicilia. L’area protetta si estende per circa 360 ettari lungo un’ampia fascia incontaminata della costa meridionale dell’isola ed è finalizzata alla conservazione delle espressioni più significative della fauna e della flora presenti sul territorio. La spiaggia dei Conigli è stata per anni oggetto di ogni forma di abuso e degrado, ma grazie agli interventi di recupero ambientale, controllo e sensibilizzazione dell’Ente Gestore oggi è un modello di gestione e promozione di un turismo sostenibile, che ha saputo coniugare conservazione della natura con la fruizione del territorio.
I volontari troveranno un responsabile al Porto o Aeroporto di Lampedusa. null
Attività formative
All’inizio di ogni campo i volontari parteciperanno ad un incontro formativo presso la sede della Riserva (tenuto dal personale della Riserva), durante il quale verranno fornite le principali informazioni sull’area protetta (storia, caratteristiche, regolamento, ecc.), sulla biologia della tartaruga marina e sulle attività che si svolgeranno durante il campo.

I volontari saranno ospitati in un appartamento ubicato in centro.
Requisiti e materiali
Il campo è particolarmente impegnativo, poiché prevede una turnazione continua per garantire il controllo del sito h24. Buona attitudine a camminare; buone condizioni fisiche, capacità di svolgere le attività anche con particolari condizioni climatiche (essere in grado di trascorrere diverse ore sotto il sole, ma anche in presenza di vento, umidità, pioggia, zanzare…).

Il campo si svolge nello splendido scenario dell’Area Marina Protetta Penisola del Sinis – Isola di Mal di Ventre, istituita nel 1997 a tutela di questo territorio costiero delicato quanto prezioso. Il comune di Cabras, gestore dell’Area Marina Protetta, da anni è impegnato in un importante percorso di conservazione della biodiversità e della tutela del mare, dedicando risorse allo sviluppo di un turismo sostenibile e responsabile, puntando quindi sull’uso rispettoso del mare e del territorio da una parte, e sulla valorizzazione del patrimonio culturale e archeologico dall’altra. I campi di volontariato che Legambiente realizza quest’estate, in collaborazione con l’AMP e il comune, si inseriscono in questo contesto; gli obiettivi sono di sensibilizzare gli abitanti e i turisti a una fruizione corretta dell'ambiente marino e costiero e di migliorare l’offerta di turismo sostenibile sull’isola, attraverso la sorveglianza dell’area protetta, il monitoraggio e la pulizia dai rifiuti.

II volontari garantiranno un presidio costante dell’AMP e svolgeranno le seguenti attività: informazione e sensibilizzazione dei turisti sulla corretta fruizione della spiaggia, con particolare attenzione alla tutela delle spiagge con granuli di quarzo, pulizia delle coste dalla presenza di eventuali rifiuti spiaggiati, monitoraggio e catalogazione dei rifiuti spiaggiati provenienti dal mare, raccolti secondo la normativa europea del Beach Litter e Park Litter nel caso di pulizie delle dune e zone retrodunali.

A ovest di Cabras, la penisola del Sinis, si protende nel mare con una costa bassa e rocciosa, estendendosi nell’entroterra con un altopiano brullo e una bassa macchia mediterranea odorosa di rosmarino e di ginepro. Alla scogliera si alternano anche spiagge memorabili: a nord di capo Mannu le dune e le sabbie di Is Arenas sono coperte da una storica pineta, mentre a sud la costa si articola in cale di sabbia, promontori rocciosi e stagni. A sud delle suggestive scogliere di Su Tingiosu si trovano alcuni gioielli naturalistici, le spiagge di granuli quarzosi (del tutto simili a chicchi di riso) di Mari Ermi e Is Arutas. Alle spalle delle spiagge, di grande interesse naturalistico lo stagno di Cabras, e la laguna di Mistras, mentre di grandissima suggestione sono le rovine della città, prima nuragica poi fenicia e infine romana, di Tharros, situata proprio in riva al mare.

Attività formative
I volontari saranno coinvolti in attività di formazione tenute dai responsabili di Legambiente e dal personale dell’AMP sulle caratteristiche naturalistiche e storico-culturali del territorio, sull'avifauna e fauna selvatica del territorio e sulle attività di lavoro. Sono previsti focus sulla raccolta differenziata. Verranno organizzate anche delle passeggiate ed escursioni nell'entroterra del parco con relative informazioni sulla flora dell'area. Verrà inoltre organizzata una vista al CRES, il Centro Recupero Tartarughe della zona.
Alloggio
Ostello di Funtana Meiga - casa del Parco. A circa 30 min a piedi dalla borgata marina di San Giovanni di Sinis: l’ostello è dotato di camere con 4 posti letto ciascuna con un bagno comune con doccia ogni due camere. Sono presenti una cucina per la preparazione dei pasti e spazi esterni per il relax dei volontari.
Requisiti e materiali
Buona attitudine a camminare e andare in bicicletta. Disponibilità al confronto con turisti e fruitori delle spiagge. Buona sopportazione del caldo estivo che può raggiungere temperature alte soprattutto in alcuni periodi.

Classée Maison des Illustres, la Maison Elsa Triolet est un havre de paix qui nous plonge dans l’univers des poètes tout en mettant à l’honneur de nombreux artistes contemporains. Leurs œuvres sont exposées aussi bien dans le musée que dans l’ensemble du parc. Chaque année, ce lieu accueille un grand nombre de visiteurs. Grâce à l’engagement des bénévoles, de nouveaux espaces d’exposition ont vu le jour, ainsi que des aménagements destinés à améliorer l’accueil du public.
En équipe, vous contribuerez à :
Construire une cabane en bois pour entreposer du matériel et faciliter l’organisation des activités sur place.
Créer un nouveau massif fleuri, afin d’embellir le parc et d’offrir un espace propice à la biodiversité.
Ce projet évoluera en fonction des besoins de l'association et des idées de chacun·e. Une belle occasion de mettre la main à la pâte dans un cadre inspirant et convivial !
Classified as a "House of Illustrious People," the Elsa Triolet House is a haven of peace that immerses us in the world of poets while honoring many contemporary artists. Their works are exhibited both in the museum and throughout the park. Each year, this place welcomes a large number of visitors. Thanks to the commitment of volunteers, new exhibition spaces have been created, as well as facilities designed to improve public reception.
Together with the team of volunteers, you will contribute to:
Building a wooden cabin to store equipment and facilitate the organisation of activities on site.
Creating a new flower bed to embellish the park and provide a space conducive to biodiversity.
This project will evolve according to the needs of the association and the ideas of each person. A great opportunity to get involved in an inspiring and friendly setting !

Discover the Elsa Triolet-Aragon House in Saint-Arnoult-en-Yvelines, a place of life and creation where literature, art and history meet. For over 10 years, we have been organising volunteering workcamps to preserve this unique setting. At the gateway to the Vallée de Chevreuse Regional Natural Park, explore the surrounding forests and remarkable heritage sites such as the castles of Dourdan and Rambouillet. A trip to Paris will complete this stay!

Les bénévoles camperont dans le parc, en tentes individuelles. À proximité, une structure en bois appelée Bal Parquet servira de salle de rassemblement pour compléter le campement. Enfin, un appartement avec un salon, une cuisine, des toilettes et deux salles de bain sera mis à disposition.
Au-delà des temps de chantier, les bénévoles participent ensemble à l’organisation de la vie collective. Souvent réparti·e·s en équipes, ils·elles élaborent les menus, participent aux courses, préparent les repas et s’assurent de la propreté des espaces communs.
Véritable acteur·ice de ton expérience, tu participeras aussi à la prise de décisions concernant les activités collectives et l’organisation du quotidien !
Volunteers will camp in the park, in individual tents. Nearby, a wooden structure called the "Bal Parquet" will serve as a gathering place to complement the campsite. Finally, an apartment with a living room, a kitchen, toilets, and two bathrooms will be available.
Beyond the working hours, volunteers come together to organise daily life on the camp. Often divided into teams, they plan menus, help with the shopping, prepare meals, and ensure the cleanliness of shared spaces.
Fully involved in shaping your experience, you will also take part in decision-making regarding group activities and daily organization!

Castro del Castillo is located in Prellezo, a municipality in Val de San Vicente (western Cantabria), about 65 km from Santander, the capital of the community.
It is located on a peninsula-shaped promontory and most of it is bordered by steep sea cliffs. It is a place surrounded by nature and also has numerous beautiful beaches.
Castro del Castillo has been declared a Site of Cultural Interest with the category of archaeological zone.

The accommodation will be at t Serdio Hostel (C/ Poblado Serdio, 11 -Antiguas escuelas- Serdio, Val de San Vicente). Services: Rooms with bunk beds (sleeping bag required) in shared rooms, showers and toilets separated by gender: two showers for women and two for men, hot water, heating and meeting room.

Meal service will include breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. Alternative menus may be provided by justified reasons, which must be specified at the time you book the activity. The meal will be in pic-nic format when there is any outing or excursion.

The purpose of this work camp is to participate in the recovery of old paths and learn the history of the Pyrenees, learn about culture and nature, and participate in both with different activities of preservation and conservation.
The technical work that will be carried out in the field of work consists, in general, in different tasks related to the recovery of the old roads of the valley.
The followings are the main ones:
- Road clearing: mowing grass, bushes, etc., which grow in the spring to leave the roads comfortably passable on foot.
- Remove stones from the road: pick up stones that have fallen on the road and set them aside in an orderly manner at the edges to make the passage passable.
- Rebuild the simplest sections of dry stone wall: rebuild those walls that have fallen and are easily rebuildable.
- Improved signage with paint: review the tracking marks of the paths with paint according to the instructions given to us by the "Alt Pirineu" Natural Park.
- Improved paved sections: some trails have cobbled sections that have worn out, redo these sections in order to maintain the cobbled areas.

The work camp is done in a calm and peaceful area of the Catalan Pyrenees called “Vall de Siarb”.
This place is located inside one of the natural Park in Catalonia (Parc Natural de l’Alt Pirineu) and the village belongs to Soriguera municipality.

Some leisure activities:
- Talk by the members of the Parc de l'Alt Pirineu about the trails and paths and the biodiversity of the Park.
- Visit to the bunkers: visit to the Civil War bunkers in the Coll de Sant Joan, about 4 km from the camp. The context of the Civil War and the specific situation of Pallars Sobirà and the Vall de Siarb will be explained.
- Visit to the Despoblat de Santa Creu de Llagunes: guided visit to the medieval Despoblat where we can see the strategic location of the town, its function during the medieval period and why the wall, the watchtowers.
- Thematic tour of the mills: circular itinerary of the mills, where you can see the remains of two flour mills and a hydroelectric power plant that supplied electricity to several villages in the Vall de Siarb.
- Itinerary of Tornafort: circular excursion that will allow us to get to know the paths of the surroundings visiting the picturesque town of Tornafort.
- Vilamur itinerary: circular excursion that will take us from the land to the village of Vilamur, then towards Soriguera, and following the river we will return to the camp.
- Orientation activity: the group will be divided into different teams and based on a series of clues related to the environment they will have to decipher an enigma or map. This dynamic enhances group cohesion and organization, agility and skills.

The accommodation is in a terrain called "La Solana, near the village of Vilamur.

You’ll be spending your days at a campsite, and you’ll be camping and sleeping in a tent; usually there are 4 participants per tent and no separation to gender.
Tents are basic; mainly, there’s only space for sleeping or laying down. Tents will be provided by the organization, and you’ll be sleeping on a mattress on the floor. You must bring your own sleeping bag (it’s highly recommended a good one as in the Pyrenees it can be cold at nights even in summer) and mattress.
There is 1 dry toilet near the campsite and 1 shower available in the camp with cold water (we strongly recommend bringing eco- and biodegradable shower gel or shampoo).
No gender separation for showers; previous agreements will be done with the group.
The volunteers are in charge of cooking and keeping the area clean and safe: they will be split in groups, each group will prepare the food for one day, and they will be rotating every day, so camping in the field and cooking by their own.
In general, lunch and dinner will be warm meals, but exceptions can be made in case of a trekking route or spending the whole day out of the campsite.
There’s no Wi-Fi at the campsite. However, there's mobile phone signal in the area, so you should be able to connect to 3G almost everywhere. There is the possibility to charge the phones in the village of Vilamur.

The organization in charge of the work camp is "Balmes Blancs", a non-profit association created in 2010 with the aim of offering unique activities in nature with the aim of presenting new places, new people and deepening, thus, the knowledge of the Catalan territory.
Since its inception, it has organized various activities such as snowshoe outings with animal footprints, astronomical discoveries, kayak outings to discover marine fauna, rafting drops, hiking in the mountains, or leveling and safety workshops, among others.
In 2013 the association began working in the Siarb Valley. From that moment on, Balmes Blancs began to focus its activities around this valley and, among other things, guided visits to the "Despoblat de Santa Creu" de Llagunes, visits to the trenches on the Pallars front and to the Vilamur bunkers, discoveries of geology, and activities of flora and fauna in the environment.
At the same time, the refuge promotes hiking with the creation of signposted routes around Llagunes, as well as a series of actions aimed at recovering the heritage of the Siarb Valley and discovering life rural in Pallars Sobirà, and in the rest of the Pyrenees.

Activating kids in the city camp and providing them with cross-cultural learning experience. Volunteers will do it by using various informal methods of teaching as well as small group techniques. The activities to be held by a team of volunteers may include the following: playing the games and performing music that are popular in the countries the volunteers represent; training kids to perform pieces of amateur drama; preparing festivals; providing intellectual and sport games as well as discussions; preparing quests to combine with excursions round the places of interest; organizing actions for peace and nature protection; leading and supporting kids in their work on the team projects within the topics related to the main theme of the summer. Volunteers are responsible for the day activities in the camp. The work can be quite hard, involving long working hours, requiring high level of commitment and responsibility. You will stay with campers from 10:00 to 17:00 (45-minute lunch is included) and spend about another hour to prepare and finalize next day activities and feedback. Working days are from Monday to Friday plus one duty Saturday; Sundays are days off except the one after arrival. The local participants are mainly youngsters from minority groups of Tallinn whose family s languages include Russian. Based on the previous year, we expect a number of kids/teens participants in one camp shift as up to 40. Volunteers will work in pairs facilitating and leading a smaller group of 10 - 12 children or less during the day and change the groups every 2-3 days.During the first three days of the workcamp after arrival, volunteers will be given the training on the camp methodology and some time to prepare themselves to meet the kids/teens on Monday and further carry out their tasks in the camp. For this reason, it is important to arrive on time.

There are 2 options possible (subject to availability, which will become clear by the start of the project):1) The premises of The Language School In Down-Town located on the 4th and 5th floors of a business building in the city centre. In summer time, a part of the school is reserved for the volunteers accommodation that includes several separate dormitory bedrooms, a fitted kitchen, a small dining area, a large shower area and two separate toilet cabins. Bed linen, towels, pillows and blankets will be provided, so you do NOT need to bring a sleeping bag unless you want so. For the reasons of security, volunteers will be issued only one set of keys. To facilitate a smooth and safe environment at school during the off-hours, the entrance to the school must be kept closed at all times. The access to the school and accommodation areas will be managed by long-term volunteers or school staff. Please be aware that between 01:00 a.m. and 09:00 a.m. the access to the building will be closed. Catering will be organized by the school on an agreement with the volunteers (selection of times, meals - provided or volunteers cook, etc.).2) A furnished shared apartment in the residential area of Tallinn. Volunteers will be issued two sets of keys. The apartment has three-four dormitory bedrooms and all necessary facilities, and it takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center by public transport. Public transport cards will be provided. Volunteers will cook their breakfast meals themselves (food for a standard European breakfast will be provided); dinner meals will be served at school between 18:00 and 19:00; lunches will be organized for the whole camp (including kids/teens) in the city centre.Please note: it is not possible to stay at any of the camp accommodation options before or after the camp arrival and departure days. Special requirementsYou have to be really motivated to work with kids. Please provide a letter of your motivation along with the application form. An experience of working with children is an advantage. Your ideas and actual preparation to do the activities for kids are essential, so a successful volunteer will be required to meet the team online to discuss and complete some preliminary preparation. We ask you to bring some materials: postcards, posters, symbols of your country, music or popular national games etc., which can be used during your country presentation. We expect active volunteers with a good knowledge of history and culture of their country as well as with an ability and wish to present it to others in a creative way. B2 level of English is required. The age of volunteers is from 20 to 33. Please note that before making a final decision about your participation in the camp, the project coordinator will have a video interview with you.Participation feeWe ask participants to contribute 50 Euro towards the costs of general administration. This summer we offer you to participate in our project called KALEIDOSCOPE . We invite camp participants to discuss ideas of chaos and order, mess and harmony. Together, we will discover our own infinite potential and freedom to create new patterns of life, same way as we create patterns out of random single pieces of colourful glass twisting a kaleidoscope. You will learn how to prepare materials (lime, hemp, sand, water), mix them and apply plaster to the walls in several layers. Each phase of the work will be supervised to ensure that sur-faces are well moistened before application and that drying times are respected between coats. Your group will be divided up to carry out the various stages: preparing the mixture, applying the plaster, finishing (smoothing, texturing or adding pigments). This project will ena-ble you to develop teamwork skills and construction techniques, while applying safety prac-tices (gloves, goggles). The progress of the project will be monitored by a technical supervisor to ensure that all the work is carried out efficiently and to a high standard. 20h/week

The workcamp will take place on the REV's permanent site, a former vacation camp at an altitude of 1,200m. The site is located at the foot of Mont-Lozere (department 48) in the heart of the Cevennes. The REV took over the site in the spring of 2022 and hopes to turn it into a place of welcome, exchange and encounter. This project will be part of the transformation of the colony into a socio-cultural living space. The nearest town is Mende, with a population of 16,000.
Far from the French metropolises, Lozere is nonetheless a very dynamic region. Activities in the area revolve around local festivities, concerts and unspoilt natural areas (mountains, riv-ers, forests).

The workcamp will take place in a particularly isolated area, where you will be accommodat-ed on the REV site in a collective tent (remember to bring your sleeping bag). You will have access to sanitary facilities close to the camp. What's more, if weather conditions deteriorate too much for camping, we'll set up a permanent camp for the duration of the bad weather. Meals will be provided by the REV and cooked in turn by the participants. On the project, it's important to know that you'll have two meat meals a week.

Come and volunteer in a summer village for different (age) groups! 3 weeks of various activities await you while you assist in a summer camp for children and young families near Cologne! The summer village officially opens on the 13th of July and several weeks of program for children and teenagers have already happened when your camp starts. Your project starts with the arrival of a children group aged 7 to 12 (KidZ 4.-9.8.) and a week full of activities with and for the young participants. Your job will be to help with different types of workshops, where the children can try out different types of sport, creative activities, do arts and crafting or simply chill or play games. The second week (GenerationZ 11.-16.8.) is dedicated to families and presents a mix of generations from parents to small children and everything in between.
In the last days your job will be helping with the dismantling of the infrastructure, which gets stored away until the next year.
Aside from helping with the program, there will also be “backstage” tasks, such as taking shifts in the “bar” or cleaning the sanitary facilities. Another responsibility is the night duty: Since the participants are under-age, someone always needs to stay awake. Don’t worry, you won’t need to stay up the whole night and you won’t need to do it alone. It can easily turn into a nice long campfire-evening with friends. It is very important to the local team that you feel and become part of one big group of teamers.

The camp village is situated on a meadow surrounded by trees a bit outside of the town of Bergheim. In Bergheim, you can find different shops and cafés, and Bergheim itself is only 20km away from Cologne. On your days off you can therefore visit Cologne, which is the fourth most populous city of Germany, famous for its cathedral and the Roman-Germanic museum. You can also go on trips to other nearby towns, for example to Bonn.

You will sleep in big group tents on the camp village site. Camp mats will be provided, but please bring your own sleeping bag! There are showers and sanitary facilities available, but the accommodation itself is quite basic. There will be no need for cooking since you will be eating together with the local team and the participants, so everything will be provided, but of course it is expected that you may help with cleaning and so on. Woanders e.V. is a non-profit organization which wants to reach people of all ages, support cross-generational interaction and contact between people from different areas of life. Their work intends to reduce fear of contact and support tolerance and curiosity for other people, by strengthening the team-spirit “We”. Each summer for over a
month, they organize a camping village full of activities for different age groups: This workcamp starts with a week of camping for children (07-12 years old), which is followed by a week for families.The last week of the project is dedicated to dismantling the whole area, because the summer is ending.
(Before this workcamp the program started with another 3 weeks of divers program for children and teenagers. The first group of volunteers is staying until 3rd of August and will help in facilitating your arrival phase.)

Participants usually stay there for a full week, most of them will stay overnight in tents
and have their meals there as well. It is a project aimed mostly towards children and teens with fewer opportunities but it is open to people from all backgrounds. Becin Castle is an early Ottoman Castle on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Volunteers will be helping the professional excavation team will take part in unearthing the history, and also will be helping the environmental arrangement and cleaning of the site, maintenance, basic repairing work, and landscaping.
Due to the hot weather in the summer months, excavations usually start at early morning and end between 2 pm and 3 pm. There maybe changes in working program hours. The exact program will be available till the summer season. Due to the hot weather, work starts early in the morning and ends in the afternoon. Precautions such as sun-proof awnings are in place.
You are not expected to be experienced in this archaeological study, where you can witness history up close.

Many activities await you in Mugla City, a city with full of touristic, historical and natural beauties. This region, full of ancient Greek, Roman, Byzantine and Ottoman heritages that you can visit, is also 45 minutes away from the sea. You can enjoy your free time with the excavation team and volunteers in this region where you can enjoy the sea, sand and sun. Plus, we will have educational workshops for you!

Together with the refugees we want to organize common activities, where the women and children are taken into consideration: playing games, doing sports, playing music together, being creative, in short, to have some fun together… Besides organizing games for the kids and special activities for women and men, there is an option to create some scenes in a puppet theatre.
We want also to focus on several groups with special needs like people with disabilities and people from the queer community. In order to cover the needs of each group, a special collaboration is planned. For this purpose, a safe space should be created where the queer community can take part in a cooking evening and cook one dish or several small ones together in the kitchen. Game evenings are planned in the camp for people with disabilities. These ideas can be easily implemented and offer the greatest scope for getting to know each other better.
In addition, our goal is to get in contact with the young people in Giessen to raise greater awareness for the refugees and to break the isolation of the refugees. We will establish contact with institutions and voluntary and professional supporters (students, social workers, therapists) of the asylum seekers, which will help you to understand their background. In order to work with people, it is also important to know some information about how to deal with them. We therefore plan to prepare a preventative protection measure as an introduction and to attend a workshop on the topic of anti-discrimination.
We especially invite volunteers to participate who can speak Kurdish, Turkish, Arabic or Farsi, as well as volunteers who like to make music like drumming or guitar. We want to create this amazing experience where music offers a universal language for everyone.

Since many years now we offer this successful workcamp together with the protestant community center "Petrusgemeinde". The international volunteers are invited to the Asylum Centre for two weeks to take part in the daily life of the refugees. In the study part of the camp, we want to inform about the situation of refugees in Germany and Europe, as well as the current developments in the area of Asylum-policies. We want you to get in contact with the residents of the Asylum Centre so that we can learn about their stories, issues, difficulties and perspectives.
The Asylum Centres for asylum seekers in Hessen are located at the edge of the city Giessen. There are currently around 2 000 asylum-seekers hosted in former army barracks. The refugees are in Germany because of various reasons, e.g. political, ethnic and religious persecution or poverty. Usually, they stay at the facility for few months until a decision has been made about their application. Sometimes they are sent to other centers or to other “safe countries” where they entered the European Union, or to their countries of origin. Most of the people living in the Asylum Centres in Giessen are from Turkey, Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Eritrea, Ukraine and Balkan countries: young men, women, children and older people. The asylum seekers live in simple conditions and are not allowed to work or leave the district in which they live. Their permission to stay in Germany often is limited and so is their contact with the locals living in the city.

In addition, your creativity is also required, as you can redesign this and other playgrounds with paintbrushes and imagination. Highlights: There are plenty of restaurants, bars, discos, museums, theaters and cinemas. The pretty old town is small but nice.

Do you like playing with children and would you like to help children from the district of Nordwestmecklenburg experience great holidays?
Then join us and look after 20 to 30 children between the ages of six and twelve every day in the Hanseatic city of Wismar and in three or four other towns in the district of Nordwestmecklenburg as part of the holiday play activities. With your ideas and your desire for creative activities, sports games, music and dance, make sure that these days are a great experience for you and the children. With games, songs and handicraft ideas from your home countries, you can give the play weeks an international flair.
On Monday 4.8. and Tuesday 5.8. you will prepare the vacation play activities and the press conference on 5.8. Afterwards, from Wednesday 6.8. to Friday 8.8. and from Monday 11.8. to Friday 15.8., you will look after the children together and with the help of the educational staff on site and implement your prepared ideas.
The vacation play activities take place in the Hanseatic city of Wismar and in the youth facilities of the district of Nordwestmecklenburg. The Wismar Children's and Youth Recreation Center will provide you with bicycles for the entire time. You can also use the bikes for trips into the city and the surrounding area. For trips to other places in the district, you will be given vacation tickets to use public transport if possible, or you will be driven by the team.
A good knowledge of German will make it easier for you to communicate with the children. Communication at the camp is almost exclusively in German and only in English in an emergency.
Please remember to bring some game ideas and music from your home countries!
Please note: The holiday offer is a voluntary open offer. Therefore, more or less children can participate on the days.

The Hanseatic city of Wismar with its old harbour and old town is one of the most beautiful old Hanseatic cities on the Baltic coast.

You will be staying at the Children's and Youth Leisure Centre (KJFZ) in Wismar, where most of the children's holiday activities take place. You will all sleep together in one room on air beds. There are 3 showers, 5 toilets, a kitchen, a dining and meeting room and a leisure room with air hockey, billiards, darts and table football. You can also use a skate park, a table tennis table, a basketball court and a volleyball court in the outdoor area. You will cook together. Money for food will be provided. Vegetarian or vegan meals are possible. Please state any intolerances during registration.

Have castles always made you dream? Get involved and come live a unique volunteering experience at the Chateau de Ham!
For several years, Concordia has been helping the ?Association des Amis du Chateau de Ham? (association of the Friends of the Ham Castle) to restore the monument during international volunteer workcamps. This workcamp in the commune continues its dynamic by bringing together local teenagers and international youths, allowing exchanges and meetings to run.
This year, we will be working on landscaping and masonry, a variety of work appropriate to the history of the site. We will continue the development of the "prisoners' garden" and the consolidation of the ruins of the former German kitchen, with pointing and many other techniques to learn.
Program: learning masonry techniques and garden design, but above all international and intercultural exchanges !

Ham is a town of about 7,000 inhabitants located in the Hauts-de-France, in the east of the Somme, in the heart of the former Picardie region. The town is 1h30 from Paris, 1h from Amiens and 25 min from Saint-Quentin.
Because of its position during the First World War, the region hosts today many places of memory and commemoration. Other tourist attractions close to the town also reflect the history of the region, such as Peronne (25 min) with its old castle and museum, or Noyon (20 min) with its medieval historic center. A visit to the city of Compiegne (imperial city) and Amiens (capital of Picardie) are also on the program!

Accommodation will be in collective tents, with boys and girls separated (don't forget your sleeping bag!)
A village house is at your disposal for the living space, the eating space as well as the toilets and showers. The house also has a washing machine.
You will share the various collective tasks and prepare meals together.

Built in the 13th century, the medieval fortress is a strategic point to defend the borders during various conflicts. It evolves with time and quickly becomes a prison welcoming prisoners such as Jeanne d?Arc, or, later, Prince Louis Napoleon Bonaparte (future Napoleon III). Since 1972, the Association des Amis du Chateau de Ham has been fighting to preserve and enhance the historical site. They host integration work sites, organize flea markets and exhibitions, and even transform the site into a theater. Dal 2017 Legambiente e Diversamente Marinai sono impegnati nella campagna “Vele Spiegate”. In questo contesto Diversamente Marinai propone campi di volontariato in barca a vela di una settimana nell'Arcipelago Toscano. Il progetto prevede la pulizia delle spiagge poco accessibili via terra, il monitoraggio dei rifiuti, il monitoraggio e il controllo delle tracce delle tartarughe marine Caretta Caretta, inoltre andremo alla scoperta dei sentieri che incontreremo nelle insenature dove ci fermeremo e mapperemo quelli che non sono presenti sulle carte. Il progetto mira alla conoscenza del mare attraverso la navigazione e alla creazione di team affiatati e motivati. Per questo i partecipanti impareranno la marineria antica e a farsi equipaggio a bordo di un ketch a vela del 1922. Inoltre, saranno formati sulle principali linee guida in termini di sostenibilità ambientale della fruizione del mare. Non ci può essere vera salvaguardia dell’ambiente senza saper apprezzare il paesaggio naturale. Il campo di lavoro vuole realizzare interventi concreti per migliorare la qualità ambientale mostrando all'equipaggio come vivere sul mare e con il mare sia un’esperienza indimenticabile. Le attività del campo sono arricchite dalla pratica quotidiana della riduzione degli sprechi che la vita di bordo comporta e dalla possibilità di spostarsi utilizzando prevalentemente il vento. Vele Spiegate è un progetto inserito nella Carta Europea del Turismo Sostenibile del Parco Nazionale Arcipelago Toscano per il periodo 2021-2025. Didattica della vela e la vita di bordo: l’attività prevede un corso di primo livello di navigazione a vela e conduzione di un’imbarcazione storica, attraverso la sperimentazione diretta delle nozioni acquisite.
Pulizia e monitoraggio delle spiagge accessibili solo dal mare: il progetto prevede la pulizia di alcune spiagge difficilmente accessibili via terra, attraverso la rimozione dei rifiuti. In tale occasione saranno anche monitorati i rifiuti attraverso la tecnica del Beach litter riportando dati e riflessioni su appositi moduli, fornendo dati che saranno utilizzati per scopi scientifici.
Ricerca e monitoraggio delle tracce della tartaruga Caretta caretta: i partecipanti impareranno a riconoscere le tracce della tartaruga e saranno impegnati anche nella ricerca delle stesse e nella sensibilizzazione di cittadini e turisti.
Mappatura sentieri: verrà monitorato lo stato dei sentieri che collegano le principali vie sentieristiche dell’isola alle spiagge e insenature, raggiungibili prevalentemente a piedi, e presso le quali faremo sosta con la nostra imbarcazione; e eventuale pulizia o segnalazione delle criticità riscontrate

L'Arcipelago toscano è formato da un gruppo di sette isole maggiori, di cui la più grande è l'isola d'Elba, più alcune minori, secche e scogli situati tra la terraferma toscana e la Corsica. L'arcipelago è bagnato da quattro mari: il mar Ligure a nord dell'isola d'Elba, il canale di Piombino a est, il mar Tirreno a sud e il canale di Corsica a ovest delle coste elbane. Il canale di Corsica e il canale di Piombino possono essere considerati come canali naturali di collegamento tra il mar Ligure e il mar Tirreno, rispettivamente a ovest e ad est dell'isola d'Elba.

Acquisizione delle conoscenze veliche di base per la conduzione di un’imbarcazione in sicurezza. Acquisizione delle conoscenze di base di marineria storica. Incremento della conoscenza di alcuni ambienti naturali dell’Arcipelago Toscano e della sua biodiversità. Apprendimento relativo alle emergenze ecologiche dell’ecosistema marino e costiero e correlazione con le abitudini di consumo e trattamento dei rifiuti. Attività formative di base volte al riconoscimento delle tracce della tartaruga marina (Caretta Caretta).
Alloggio
I partecipanti alloggeranno su un ketch a vela in legno del 1922 di 16,5 metri. I pasti verranno preparati in barca e si seguirà un'alimentazione prevalentemente vegetariana.

BACKGROUND
Nyamira missionaries was founded and registered with social development in 2002 in Kenya.
The organization is located at Nyaramba -Nyamira County in South Nyanza Region of Kenya.
The organization consists of 137 members consisting men, women, youth who vary the age of 18 years to even 80 years. The organization has the office at Nyaramba market in Nyamira county about 10 km from Nyamira town on way to Ikonge town ship center.
The organization is managed is managed by executive committee that consists of chairperson, vice chairperson, the secretary, Vice Secretary, Treasurer and 5 members.
The organization runs the following projects;
NYARAMBA MISSIONARIES CENTER
The project attracts local and international travellers who come to relax and watch the following activities;
a. The traditional Gusii cultural dances. These live performances that one session takes 1 hour. The dance troupe dances all Gusii cultural styles in African attires .It offers entertainment, education and information. The dance is quite vigorous and moving
b. The artefacts are also displayed for general viewing and sale for both local and international visitors. These items are made by group members and it is one way of raising the income to up keep the organization and create self-employment for the members who always assemble at organization center to engage in this activity. They are professional and they have had exchange program with Burundi and Malawi in the past. The organization is looking for partners and volunteers from local and international level to run the program.
c. The volunteers’ rooms that are self-contained ,clean, have warm water, and have even all facilities even for cooking for those local and international tourists who may wish to prepare for their own choice of food. The rooms are allocated at organization offices in good conducive environment with security and friendly neighbouhood. The organization welcomes local and international tourists to come for holidays and weekends to its facilities
d. The organization engages in African beautiful baskets weaving that takes place at its organization premises. They sell locally and internationally. Therefore the organization is looking for partners and volunteers to create the market in Kenya and across the country.

• Mount Olives Self Help Group project is an initiative of young professionals who came up together to work amongst their community through sharing knowledge and helping the community to pull up resources together or their development.
• The group was founded on 16th October 2018 dedicated to supporting small-scale sustainable development initiatives mainly primary healthcare, education and youth enterprises.
• The founder Mr. Calvin Lizanga is a medical practitioner by profession, is the chief executive officer of the institution and he has track record working with relevant departments on health issues.
• The medical center caters for the poor of the poorest within the local community and foremost treats an average of 50 patients every day and this reflects on the significance of the institution to alleviate sufferings at the grassroots.
Geographical location:
1. The projects offices are located at Mosocho market, along Kisii-Oyugis Road. At Mosocho we are running a community health center that provides both outpatient, inpatient and laboratory services.
2. The facility supports the community by providing affordable healthcare and also works towards community education on matters of health to reduce prevalence of preventable diseases, and supports the youths by providing youth friendly services.
